Chapter Nine: Hunters POV.

1058 Words
I woke up to my little mate in my arms. I was grinning like a damn fool in love. I had the best sleep I've ever had in my entire night being so close to her. I chuckled a little as I gazed upon her magnificent face. Her hair was matted from her tossing and turning, she was drooling a little and she had a quiet snore going on. She was perfect. In every way possible. I felt her stirring snapping me out of my trance, I quickly closed my eyes and pretended I was asleep to see how she'd react. I felt her tense a little as she realized she was being smothered by the sexiest man in the world. I felt her hand reach for my arm, trying to pry herself free. I wasn't ready to let her go yet. I wanted to savor being in such an intimate proximity to her. "What are you doing little mate." Her body stiffened before she spoke, her voice coming out more of a whisper. "I-I-I need to use the bathroom." I suppose I can't really argue with that now can i. I rolled onto my side already missing our skin to skin contact. "Hurry back." I said sulking. She practically jumped off the bed and ran into the ensuite. I'd be lying if I said I didn't leak at her, watching her round ass jiggle as her hips swayed. My d**k instantly hardened. She didn't even realize just how much she was teasing me. I wanted to kick the bathroom door in and bend her over the counter top, ravishing her sweet p***y while she screamed my name for all the pack to hear. But I couldn't do that to her. I couldn't risk hurting her for my own desires. I had to wait until she was ready. Until she gave me permission. I'm used to f*****g whoever I want when I want. So keeping my hands to myself with Autumn really was a f*****g mission. I had alpha blood running through my veins so it was even more harder than it would be for a regular wolf. Were designed to find our mates, mark them and breed. Waiting wasn't normal. But I'd wait a life time for her. I got up and left the room before she could come back into the room. I went and showered before making my way to my office. I mind linked Jason and Julien to come to my office, making sure they bring their mates with them. Handing over my credit card over to the girls "I need you two to take Autumn shopping today. Whatever she wants, she gets. But in a weeks time I'll be holding a welcoming ceremony for Autumn to join the pack so for that she'd need a dress." I dismissed Leah and Lexi before getting back to business with the boys. "The rogue attacks are becoming more frequent and they're getting closer by the sounds of things. We need to prepare incase they're foolish enough to attack us." "I want the guards doubled, rotate them every 6 hours. Every Male that isnt guarding I want training." They nodded then exited the room. Gazing out the window I seen my mate sitting on the door step sitting with one of the pups. I could see the admiration for Autumn on the little pups face as they ate ice cream, laughed and talk. My heart warmed seeing how loving she was being with a child. "That's what mate will be like when she has our pups." Shadown howled excitedly I'm my mind. "I can't wait."  I got stuck into some pack business before my office door swung open almost flying off the hinges. "WHAT THE FU-". "Aw come on baby bro, that's no way to treat your dashingly handsome brothers." "Malachi and Gabriel what are you bastards doing here." Big arse grins were plastered on all our faces. I immediately jumped out my chair and embraced them in a big hug. "Aw come on Hunter, do we really need a reason to visit our favorite brother." Gabriel cackled. "I'm your guys only brother". We hadn't seen each other in nearly 2 years. We kept in contact with a phone call here and there but that's about it. "But honestly, what brings yous back?" I asked feeling abit curious to the sudden arrival. "We finally did it." Malachi said with a grin from ear to ear. "No way. When? Who?" Autumns POV. "I'm not going to hurt you Autumn. I'm just surprised that you're alive. That I've actually found you. Wait until the pack hears that their Luna is finally coming home." "WH-WHAT! What the hell are you on about. I don't know you and I sure as hell ain't going anywhere with you!" I practically yelled it at him as I backed up. "Autumn you're my mate. And you have a responsibility to your pack to lead them, by my side." He said as he stood, taking a step towards me. "I already have a mate so you must be confusing me with someone else. Sorry but I cant help you." His canines elongated as his growl ripped through the entire food court. "YOU. ARE. MINE! AND THATS FINAL! YOU CAN EITHER DO THIS THE EASY WAY OR THE HARD WAY. EITHER WAY IM TAKING YOU WITH ME." He leant forward to grip me but just as he did I felt myself being yanked backwards, pulled behind Leah's back as the girls stood in a defensive position. "She's with us and she won't be going anywhere with you." This stranger glanced around the food court taking in everyone's shocked and fearful faces. He stepped back retracting his canines. "Mark my words Autumn. I will be back for you." I didn't even realize I had been holding me breath until the girls turned around to check me, fussing over me making sure I'm alright. I greedily gulped the air down as we made our way back towards the car to return to the packhouse. I had zoned out on everything the girls were saying I just couldn't get that mans words out my head. His mate? How can I be his mate if I'm Hunters? Or maybe Hunter isnt my mate. But then why would he rescue me?
