Chapter 5

Yann’s POV

I can’t believe that she wants to leave me. I waited so long for her and she wants to go. Did she want to reject me? O Moon Goddess, please do not allow her to do that to me. I didn’t tell her that my son’s bite put her life in danger and now change them completely. I contacted my mum through our mind link and told her that Kate wants to leave and that was mum’s idea with that dinner. I need to think, and I need to think fast.

-‘I am sorry love take some rest my mum requested me to see her’- I said to Kate and left. -‘Hades what we should do?’- I asked my wolf, which before pretended to be extra smart.

-‘I don’t know. Maybe tell her what you feel?’-Hades spoke.

-‘ did you not hear what we spoke about? I already told her that I love her, but she still decided to go’-I almost scream for Hades through our link-‘I can hear better than you, you i***t, do you want me to be deaf!’-Hades scream back to me-‘I heard everything, but you never told her what you feel. If after your confession she still will be ready to go, beg her to give you a chance. That’s my opinion, but you can do what you want '-he said and went to the back of my head.

-‘mum where are you?’-‘in the kitchen with Brandon.’ Great, I forgot about him.

-‘dad I am so sorry, I didn’t know that she was your mate! Please, dad, forgive me! I will go explain myself to her.’- my son started.-‘I know dad that my behavior was stupid, and you got right to be disappointed.’ I looked at my son and for the first time in our life, I didn’t know what to tell him. I was disappointed, but he is my son, still young and stupid.

-‘ son does not speak with Kate about that incident never, I mean ever! I will tell her about that someday. She wants to leave and I don’t know what to do, but I know that your explanation to her will not help.’- I said to my boy, and a little ruffled his hair.

-‘ dad if she does not believe you maybe just show her what you mean’- my son said very shyly and put his head down

-‘ son thank you that is a great idea’

Kate’s POV

I am ready to leave and back to my safe flat. I don’t believe in any of that bullshit about werewolves. How can I?

After that dinner, I and the dogs going home.

A soft knock to the door woke me up

-‘come in’

-‘ I am sorry my love, but it’s after 6 and dinner will be ready in about 30 minutes. Mum said that your dogs just come back from a walk and got their special dinner’- Yann said with a smile -‘ thank you- I said to him and went to the bathroom to refresh myself. Let’s finish all that crap and back home.

When I open the door, Yann was waiting for me to take me to the dining room. House was really big and I probably would be lost. I took a deep breath and get into the dining room.

-‘Kate may I introduce you to my mother Mhari and my father Martin Nicholson’- Yann introduced me to a couple, which does not look much older than myself. Now I can tell that Yann got his mother’s eyes and his father’s posture.

- 'nice to meet you, Mr. and Mrs. Nicholson. Thank you, that you take care of me and my dogs’- I said with a small smile. -‘ that was a pleasure’- Mhari said with a smile.

Then I noticed a young boy. Yann must follow my gaze as he introduced

-‘ this is Brandon, my son’

-‘ nice to meet you Brandon’- I said to him and shake his hand.

Dinner was better than I expected. Yann’s parents were very nice, warm, and friendly, and I didn’t feel like a stranger at all. Even Brandon chat with us for a while. After dinner, I started to say my goodbyes when Yann said

-‘ can you go with me? I need to talk to you, please’

We went outside to the beautiful garden. The sun had just gone down and was getting darker.

-‘ what is it Yann?’- I asked, a little impatiently.

-‘ before you go, I need to give you something. I ordered that for my mate a while ago.’- he said and he took out a box with gold charm and a beautiful pendant. That was pink gold and platinum wolf head with diamond eyes. -‘Kate, as you are my mate, I will be very happy if you will be wearing that. I was looking for you for about 25 years please do not leave me. I love you! If you reject me, I will die. I can’t live without you! Not any more' - he said with sincerely in his eyes.

-‘Yann you don’t know me, how you’- he cut me off and said -‘ give me a chance to know you please’

-‘Yann, I don’t think that I can’- I said and turn to walk away, but then I heard a strange noise, like bone crack. When I turn around, I gasp. In front of me was a big and beautiful chocolate wolf. I come closer and get out my hand to touch him. His fur was shiny and soft and he put his muzzle close to my hand. I couldn’t help but get closer to him and hug him. A soft moan escaped from him when I put my head on his chest. I felt so calm, relaxed, and safe. I look at his eyes and I stare at them. They were so beautiful, black and warm, with so much love.

I couldn’t stand that anymore, so I turn again and wanted to run away, but that bone crack noise was back. When I turn again, I saw Yann naked. OMG! his body is perfect, all these muscles and his abs, v-line and big c**k I must drool on him as he asked -‘do you like what you see? It’s all yours, my love’- he said.

‘yes, I like it very much!’- I reply, still looking him out.

Yann’s POV

- 'do you like what you see? You know it’s all yours, my love’

-‘yes, I like it very much’- Kate answered, still looking me out and her eyes were full of lust. Am I in heaven or am I dreaming. She hugged Hades, and she wasn’t scared at all. That was so natural.

That pendant I ordered about 20 years ago and hide till last night. I never told Kate that the pendant got GPS build in it, it’s all for her safety.

-‘Kate please, stay with me for one more night?’.- she was ready to say something, but I cut her off-‘ I promise I will not do anything which will be against your will. You are still weak, please?’ After a while, she nods yes and we walk into the house. As we get into the room, she shyly asked if she can borrow one of my t-shirts as her pajamas stayed in her flat. I gave her one of my t-shirts and I left to give her some privacy. After I come back, she was already sleeping. I laid down just behind her and put her close to my chest. She was here in my arms, and that was perfect. Now I need to do everything in my power that she will stay with me.

That was a great night. I woke up fresh and relaxed. Kate was still sleeping, so I decided to treat her with breakfast in bed.

I washed in Brandon’s room and went to the kitchen.

I left the tray on the side table and gently kissed Kate on her forehead. She woke up immediately.

-‘I am sorry, love, but I brought some breakfast for us and I don’t want them to get cold. Just sit and I will bring tray closer to you’- I just turn to put the tray on the bed between us when I heard cry, I turn and froze. My mate cried hard.

-‘ what’s happened, my love? Did I hurt you? I am sorry.’- I get closer to her and hug her close to my chest. She still cried.

‘oh Moon Goddess, what did I do? Why she’s crying?’- I had been thinking, and then Kate spoke.

-‘I am sorry, Yann’- she sob-‘ no one never served me breakfast into my bed. That was too much for me to handle’- she said between her sobs.

I smile at her and said-‘ if you let me, my love, I can serve you breakfast in your bed every day. I love you’-I kissed the top of her head and said.

-‘ go quickly wash your face and come to eat’

I don’t understand how her husband never treats her with breakfast in bed. I will show her how my love looks like.
