Finally In! Part 2.0

Destiny Voyage- Finally In! 2.0 Sigh. Another sigh The two charming people were already feeling heavy from the ride. It took a whole lot of effort to squeeze some more distance between her and Haichi. Not because she didn’t like him- they were good friends. (Rose: Friend zone sucks) Honestly the guy also seemed to be rather handsome and yet he was soaking wet. With water Cosette would never let her state of the art black cloak to get soaked by some water. It was designer clothing and it cost a lot. Robin in the meanwhile just couldn’t let Sora feel any kind of his emotional attachment towards her. The couples beside them already seemed busy with the smooching and whatnot but Sora merely gazed at them and more like gawked at the sigh. She tugged his arm. “Goodness what are they doing?!”She hushed shouted at Robin. Her eyes were wide eyed at the business of all the people. “They shouldn’t be doing that here. They better get a room.” she told him in awe. Robin merely wished that she would initiate any kind of progress between them- even out of just mere curiosity. But no- She wasn’t having any of that. “Um just cover your eyes Sora.” Robin told her worriedly and actually just covered her eyes by himself in fear of tainting his Hisa’s innocence. As far as he was concerned, the only exposure of the girl to any romantic expedition was that of Rose’s conquest of their customers to buy her products instead. He doubted that it would go any hard core than that. He sighed and leaned his chin on her head as she stammered in protest. “Hey quit that!” she groaned at the nuisance of being treated like she was terribly short. Alright, she was on the shorter side of the scale but he didn’t have to make her feel inferior. She crossed her arms and huffed. She hated that. Sora Hisako would never let another person treat her like some kind of second rate human being. She pushed him to the side and surprised him as the man nearly toppled overboard. “I said cut it.” She hissed at him as he looked at her hurt. “Sorry Sora.” He whispered to her quietly and kept to himself. Robin inwardly sighed, ‘praising’ himself for being such a smooth person. Towards other females he managed to sway their hearts and even play it around his hands but Sora made him clumsy and reckless. It embarrassed him so much to act like a bumbling i***t around her. She sighed softly, somewhat regretting her harsh tone towards him. She didn’t understand herself on why she acted that way towards him. Sora just didn’t get it at all and wished to resolve the tension between the two of them- this ice breaking tension to clarify by the way. Not the kind of tension that was happening all around them- that was s****l tension for peach sake. Sora Hisako was not having any of that. When she looks at Robin, there is tenderness in her heart that she feels. It reminds her of their happier childhood days where all things where carefree. Sora would remember playing with him and living with him like they were a family and nothing more or less than that. They were like blood relatives but were actually not- it didn’t change the fact that she saw him as a surrogate brother though. Not real but in her heart that was how she feels. Never will an event change that bond that they have shared, even the fact that the young man had left her without a trace or even a single goodbye. No matter if he rode the carriage and had no attempts to stop it when she raced after him and skinned her knee because of it. Nothing will change their love for each other as siblings. Nothing Not even this irritation that she was experiencing. How much she hated being treated like a child who didn’t know a thing about love. She had ideas of course what people did- kissing made babies. They had to make room for babies. Now why didn’t he want that with her?! Eh wait- what was she thinking! She was going out of her mind. She and Robin used to play as a family where she’d be the mommy and he’d be the daddy. That was where it all ended now. They were now teenagers who had grown up from that child play and no longer immature enough to be playing games like that. She looked at him tiredly and with a dishelmed smile, urged him to now inch closer. The young man hesitated so she scooted over towards him as much as the boat relented and squeezed herself between his arms. “Hey. I’m sorry for being mean.” She whispered quietly and almost inaudibly at him at shame and embarrassment. That was all it took for the man to perk up though. Robin’s arms quickly and hastily enveloped Sora in a tight and closed bear hug where she snuggled into his arms. It felt good to be in touch with him again, figuratively and literally. “Ah this feels great.” She murmured in his arms as the man played with some loose strands of her hair. “Yeah.” He agreed quietly, he silently agreed with her. This was the best thing that ever happened to him actually. Robin wrapping his arms around her and just enjoying the moment was enough to make him feel content. He would never exchange this moment for anything in the world. This was his precious time with the most beloved person in his life. After all it was not unnatural for it to be that so. During Robin’s childhood, he had found himself lost and wandering in the Merchant Village with his parents and family nowhere to be found. After that, he had faced countless rejections one after the other as he was switched and tossed from one foster family to another. Robin, up until now didn’t understand why he was actually not well-liked. Why would they not want a ridiculously handsome devil like him? He just didn’t get it at all. So he was thankful for Hisa’s intervention. That day he would always remember, that unforgettable moment. She had shoved that loaf of bread directly into his speaking mouth. Robin had nearly choked to death on that specific loaf of bread and still brought him shivers whenever he smelled that variety of bread. That scrumptious and mouth-watering bread, if she hadn’t shoved it- her family would have rejected him too. She was that kind enough to teach him the importance of every little bit of food. Until today, he never leaves a speck or ounce of left overs and he always fed the poor when given the chance. Sora Hisako had taught him the value of thriftiness and that was carried until he had arrived here in the Capital- so unlike his extravagant brother Roswell. Now that boy was the epitome of luxuriousness and lived day to day with almost a heck ton of left over from his pastries and tea. The man often replied that the left over will get eaten by the peasants or rats so it would just end up the same. He sighed at how the young man was so infuriating to say the least. He did not understand the importance of clean and safe food. That clearly didn’t matter right now. What was important was that his cherished Hisako was between and in his arms as the young woman snuggled up against him. Her body warmth spreading all over him and melting his cold and icy heart that ignored and chastised everybody else around him, it feels so nice. To be loved and to love, no matter if one was sibling and the other was one-sided love. Love was love. It was thoroughly beautiful. Yet it was also heart-wrenching at the same time for him. That did not matter right now. He was at peace. Robin’s soul was in a state of bliss, something he had come to miss. Nothing was amiss. The young woman was cuddling him just like old times- when they would hug under the covers during the stormy night. When Sora’s mother would sing and hush them with a lullaby. Those where the moments where Robin felt completely at rest and safe of the circumstances like that of what he was currently experiencing right now He let out a small yawn and stretched out his arms. The young man wrapped his arms around her blithe shoulders and leaned down his head on hers. He was actually feeling sleepy- unlike his usual uptight manner. Robin had been in fear of capture so hardly got some sleep and relied on cat naps until now. Now he could relax and let his guard down. Actually now he felt a bit bad for leaving Raiden behind, that man seemed to need good rest as well. He was a stick in the mud for peach sakes- like the typical men who did not experience a normal childhood. Kind of like him and Roswell even. Now Roswell was the type to overindulge now in compensation for a very difficult upbringing was all Robin could consider. Or maybe he was just that gay to be honest. In reality, if Roswell had “come out” and admitted his likings for the same s*x or of his homosexuality- then maybe he would have accepted him just a bit. It was hard to hate someone who was so different but still so much like you. They were freaking twins for peach sakes. Okay maybe if Roswell admitted he was bisexual was good enough too. His brother was just too high maintenance and reminded him of a certain blonde girl. Raiden on the other hand was the serious and stick in the mud type- he figured that man had never been able to loosen up. Perhaps if he relaxed then he would become more tolerable for everyone else. He snickered and the young woman looked at him in confusion. Robin gave her a sheepish grin and pecked her forehead. “Just remembered something funny.” he admitted. It wasn’t actually a lie to be honest. Raiden was a ridiculous character, Sora’s eyes rolled a bit at Robin’s remark but she had let it go. She wondered what he remembered but she still didn’t felt that they were that close for her to poke around at his memories. She inwardly sighed; things were never going to be same after all. Somehow she wondered slightly on how Raiden was doing. Did he maybe rode a second round on the roller coaster or headed to the food stands? Maybe he played in the game stands? Yes she can imagine that competitive jerk winning every aiming and shooting contest. He would have probably been weight-lifting tons of stuffed toy by now. - - The young man lurched and nearly spewed everything in mid-air but dutifully held it all back in. He would never dishonour himself and puke on the ride or anybody else. That would be disgraceful on his part so as the roller coaster slowly descended into a halt. Raiden continued to stay strong and prepared for his quick get-away. As the roller coaster came to its full stop- Raiden immediately hopped off and rushed to the nearest garbage tin and spewed out his contents. The young man grossed out the rest of the passengers and even made the others hold back in fear of being disgusted even more so than him- those who wanted to puke as well. That was how bad Raiden’s puking was. Goodness it made the man realize that he was the only one with motion sickness this bad. Why so? He sighed softly as he wiped his mouth. The grossness of the feeling of stickiness of puke in his wrists being spread on. That made him figure out that unlike the others he did not experience things like carnival like others. He sighed softly- Raiden never had a normal childhood. He was ostracized in lieu for training instead of playing with kids his age and instead trained with his father and older children. He was a tough kid right from the start but it had led to a lack of motor skills. This totally sucked. Slowly but surely he got up and stretched. Raiden’s back was aching. His sword was still attached on his back for goodness sake. He never- and I mean never lets it out of his sight or touch. That was how important his family and clan heirloom was. The fate of his clan was placed on his shoulders and not on anyone else. It was his duty and responsibility to live up to it. Also it was his obligation to become a man of honour. That was why he was frustrated with Haichi before. During that time was the chance to shine and show off their skills. It was a simple mission but was “A” rank. They were to catch a thief that had been stealing to and fro from one village and city to the next one. For an unknown reason was the person able to evade capture despite getting caught by several people on different occasion. It was like that the person convinced the person to just let them be free. If it had been Raiden though it would not have been possible at all for that crook to leave. He would have stayed firm no matter how much prodding or begging occurred. Justice was to be represented first before one is given mercy. Justice must be served. Raiden would make sure of that. He laughed in the inside. That was perhaps the reason why people thought of him as someone difficult to relate to. Raiden would follow the rules even if it cost his life. Those was how much of a legalist he was so it irked him of people who failed to follow or were actively rebelling against it like Sora. Yes his dearest teammate- well team member. Just a team member that was new and still needed help.
