'Please, please', she whimpered. 'I don't want to go in there'. A memory of pain took her breath away. The devil held her as she cried, fat tears rolling down her cheeks. 'Understand this, if you give your soul to me we will visit this room. We will revisit what happened here, relive it. Not because I wish to torture you, but because you need to understand what you must forgive', he said gently. She nodded not understanding. 'You died in that room', he said. 'Your death was bloody, painful and prolonged'. 'Who killed me?', she said. 'He did, his mind had gone down a jealous path. It took you in all three days to die. Revisiting that will be your hell', he said. Her eyes were unfocused and slightly glazed. 'How could anyone do that to someone?', she asked. 'That is a question you will come back to, time and again', he said. 'The brutality of it, will be too much at first. There is a lot to forgive', he said. 'Why is it important that I forgive?, she asked confused. 'Without forgiveness the door to Heaven will not open to you', he sighed. 'Forgiveness is not easy for some, some are so wronged that forgiveness seems impossible'. 'So there is hope for redemption, even after I sell my soul to you', she asked. 'Yes', he replied, ' There is always hope'.
