He has been gone for too long, and I began to wonder what exactly was keeping him.
“Lucian?" I called loudly, but he remained quiet and didn't answer.
“Lu…" I was about calling when my words got stuck in my throat because he suddenly appeared.
“Yes,” He answered, his voice icy which made me really shocked.
“Cecilia is leaving,” I mumbled, and he hummed--facing me with a serious look.
“Alright,” He said, and quickly faced Cecilia, “Till we see again,” He feigned a smile, and excused himself making me wonder the reason for his attitude.
