A Girl for Life

One gloomy morning, Renah woke up early from her bed to start another typical and ordinary day. Renah is a short, brown-skinned girl who is a smart, sweet, and caring person. She is also an easygoing person and loves to hang out with her friends and family. She also loves meeting and socializing with new people. Renah lives with her parents and her younger brother. Her mother is a college instructor while her father is an architect. Renah recently graduated from school and is now deciding where she should go for Senior High. She then asks her mother for some advice. "Mom, do you have any idea where school I should go to?" Her mother then tells her "That's your decision, Renah. We will support you whatever school you choose." Renah passed all 2 entrance exams for 2 different schools. The first option is Santo Lorenzo West Senior High School (SLWSHS), which is a top and prestigious school. The second choice is Silang Senior High School (SSHS), which is the rival of SLWSHS. Renah is planning to take the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) strand for senior high school. She then asks her friend Kristine what school she is going to. "Hey Kris, what school are you going to?" Kristine responds by saying "Oh hey Renah, I was planning to go to Silang Senior High School after passing their entrance exam. You, what school will you go to?" "Oh me? I'm still undecided about whether I should go to Silang or Santo Lorenzo West. I just can't choose." "Oh ok. You're smart and whatever school you choose will suit you. “I guess,” Renah replied. Kris continues “Oh, and btw, I heard some rumors that SLWSHS is a hard and strict school. That's why I didn't take their entrance exam." "Yeah, I'm aware of that. That's why it's one of my options, to know if the rumors are real or not." "Ok then. Don't forget to update me once you have made up your mind. Good luck and goodbye!" Renah then gets some rest and continues to decide on the next day.
