Dave's POV
After the meal I shared with Cassidy earlier that day, she had made sure that I didn't have any guards follow her to Nova's place. I didn't understand why she was so stubborn. It was annoying. I had to make my guards watch her from a distance. The downside about it was they wouldn't be able to detect danger easily from afar and protect her. Watching her from a distance was the only option.
When it was already evening and the guards were a few blocks away, they reported that there wasn't anything much going on, that Cassidy was watching TV.
