SILVER'S POV I didn’t care how many times Dr. Grayson told me to stay back. After what had just happened in my room, there was no way I was going to sit on my hands. Someone had snuck into my room in the middle of the night and tried to kill me in my sleep. That wasn’t something you just ignore. I grabbed a flashlight and stepped out into the night. “Son, wait!” Dr. Grayson’s voice called from behind me. “You don’t know who that man was—or if he’s still nearby.
