Oliver was completely silent when Kathy said she had amnesia. She took his silence as a sign to keep on speaking. “A few days before you helped me in front of the club I had just been in an accident and I lost all my memories and that's how I even ended up wondering in front of that club in the first place. I don't know anything else apart from what the doctors have already told me” Kathy said quickly. “And what did the doctors tell you” Oliver asked in a silent but gruff voice. “To rest and not stress too much. They said that it's only temporary and that the memories will return with time and maybe being in familiar environments would help” she said. It suddenly occurs to him how lonely she must feel to be here with not only no memories but also without any family. “What can I do to help you” he asks so suddenly that it takes her seconds to register what he said. “Nothing really” she says slowly. “Nothing?” he asks again raising one eyebrow up. “Well maybe you know places around that are hiring. The reason I was in that restaurant in the first place was to get a job so I can support myself.” She looks hopeful as she speaks. Oliver doesn't know why but he decides quietly to himself that he's going to help her. “Come on” he says to her as he goes to grab his car keys. “Where are you going?” Kathy asks him as she stands up from her seat. “To get you that job” Oliver responds.
Oliver and Kathy drive down to a building with a big blue sign that says ‘Azul’ and parks there. “Azul?” she asks. “Blue” Oliver replies. “It's a club” he adds. Kathy nods her head inwardly. They walk inside the building with Oliver leading the way and Kathy can't help but stare at everything and everywhere they pass by. They head straight for the bar where Oliver tells Kathy to sit and the bartender comes towards them. “Welcome Oliver” the bartender says as soon as he reaches him. Oliver nods at him and asks if someone named Rob is in. “Yeah, in his office” the bartender replies. Kathy tries to find out if there's a name tag on the bartender while Oliver orders drinks for them. For her he orders a chocolate martini while he orders a whiskey for himself. “Stay here and wait for me” he tells her and heads to the back rooms probably to meet Rob. Since she's left alone Kathy uses the time to look around and make conversation with the bartender whose name is Edgar. While looking around she sees that the club is really big and even has an upper VIP section that has long stripper poles that are connected to the downstairs dance floor. But what she finds really amazing is that everything is in various shades of blue and that the workers have to have an item of neon blue on their body.
At the backroom, Oliver is sitting opposite Rob, sipping his whiskey and also listening to Rob drone on endlessly about the business and it's patrons. He decides to interrupt him when he feels like he has listened enough. “I need you to give someone a job” Rob is quiet and looks to be in thought for a second. “I think all the positions are occupied” he said. Oliver looks straight at him which causes Rob to shift in his chair and he seems to rethink his answer before saying “I'm sure we're in need of a new waitress or two. “A job as a bartender” Oliver says. “Of course” Rob replies. I'll have Edgar train the person immediately. With that Oliver finishes his remaining whiskey in one gulp, drops the glass on Rob's table and walks out of the office. He sees Kathy who while waiting for him at the bar had started a conversation with Edgar. Immediately she sees him she leaves Edgar and walks up to him which makes him smile inwardly. “So how did it go?” she asks. “You start here tonight” Oliver says which causes Kathy to wear a big smile on her face. “He'll show you the ropes” he says gesturing towards Edgar who looked like he was trying to do anything but look in their direction or listen to their conversation. “I'm going to go now. I've got some work to do” he says to Kathy. He remembered that he needs to make trade plans for the new shipment that came in today and that he still had to get that Bratva bastard to talk. “Thank you for everything” she says while looking up at him. She doesn’t know how to feel about his departure and she also doesn't know what come next all she knows is that he helped her today and she feels extremely lucky to have even met him.
As Oliver exits the bar, all he does is wonder who this mystery woman is and ask himself why he can't stop thinking about her.
Carlos meeting with his father didn't go as planned seeing that all he had discovered his father already knew. He wondered why his father bothered telling him to look into it when he already knew what he would find. It seemed like his father loved setting him up for failure and once again he had disappointed his father without even doing anything. He thought back to the parting words he heard from his father. “Your a disappointment as always. I gave you one simple task. Just one!” he shouted barely restraining his anger. “I said find out why they hadn't completed their end of the deal yet and find out everything you can about the girl. Instead you come here with this” he said gesturing towards the file. “Useless” he adds. By now Carlos was immune to his father's insults but it was the disappointment that still stung the boy in him. “Now go and don't let me see your face unless you have something useful for me” he says. With that Carlos gets up and leaves with every intention of doing what his father said but for now he just needed to forget that he was a disappointment to his father and that he was of no value to him apart from being his only blood son and heir so he heads straight to the club where he can drown out his pain and everything else while only feeling one thing.
