The cabin is dark, and quiet. The only sounds are the crackles from the dying fire, and Calista thrashing and groaning. She tosses and turns, kicking the quilt she found to the floor. Her body contorts as she seemingly relives a memory. “Get back here, mutt!” Is heard as Calista tries to run from a large man. He grabs her by the length of her hair and yanks her backward with such a great force she drops to the hard floor with a sickening thud as her head hits. She groans in pain and tries to feels her head for blood, where the throbbing pain is coming from. “It’s nice that you don’t have a wolf to heal you, and I get to look at your bruises and cuts for a while.” The large man says looking down at her and smirking at her.
