Chapter 20
Adam and Charlie landed in Naples and left the plane, making their way to the Blue Grotto. Adam had called one of his commanding officers who had retired and arranged transport for them. Adam had known Eric when Adam had taken over as the latest Commander. Eric had taught him how to be a leader, how to strategise and mostly combat battleship skills. Adam made his way to Eric to greet him and introduced Charlie. Eric took Charlie’s hand and kissed it. “It’s an honour to finally meet the great Charlie. You know he never stopped talking about you.” Charlie blushed at this statement, it was a rare moment for her to be introduced to one of Adams friends. “It’s a pleasure to finally meet one of my husbands friends.” Eric nodded as he released her hand and snorted. “The man likes to keep
