I was in the kitchen preparing lunch for the boys when my phone buzzed startling me.
I reached for it and saw that it was a text from an unknown number. The children were upstairs playing in the game room, their laughter echoing through the house, which brought me peace but at the moment, I felt a little apprehension, a hint telling me that something was wrong.
