"Willow...I don't think you don't belong here," I say waiting for his reaction. His face remains stoic while he stares at me. After a few minutes, he says, "I'm psychotic, Dr. Keegan. People like me don't deserve to be out in the world amongst others. People like me belong here... where we can be crazy in peace."

Prologue
I panic when I see the beer bottles littering the table. Jasper's been drinking again. From the looks of the many bottles, he should be somewhere passed out. But I know he's not. He is so used to getting sloppy drunk that this probably isn't fazing him. I stand by the open door, contemplating if I should run or just take the beating and get it over with. "Get in here, b***h," Jasper says lowly.  His voice came from the kitchen. My heart hammers in my chest just from his words. I am so scared that my whole body is trembling. I take hesitant steps further into the living room. The only thing that can be heard is my shaky breath leaving my mouth.  He's almost too quiet, and it is scaring the s**t out of me. I hear a glass smash on the floor, and I spin on my heels and run back towards the front door. Before I can get far enough, Jasper pulls my hair and slings me to the ground. "Why the f**k are you home so f*****g late?" He slurs out. I don't answer. It's always worst if I answer or argue back with him. He brings his leg up high and stomps down hard on my arm. I can swear I heard something snap. "Answer me, b***h!" He yells. "J-Jasper, p-please," I stammer out. He laughs at my pathetic plea. I don't know why I bother trying to plead with him. Jasper is a monster. A cruel, cold-hearted monster that abuses me whenever he feels like it.  "You're a pathetic, useless, black b***h," he says while sending a swift kick to my gut. The air leaves my body, and an unbearable pain spreads throughout my stomach. He punches and kicks on me for the next ten or fifteen minutes. "I'm not done with you b***h. I was just warming up," he says before leaving the room.  I can't take this. My body was just starting to heal from the last assault, now I am being broken again. I have to do something before this sick bastard kills me. I try to stand, but sharp pain is coming from my ribcage.  Shit! Running is definitely out of the question. I look around the living room for something useful, but I don't see anything that would harm him. Suddenly, I remember that he let me have my phone today. I use my good arm to pull myself toward my purse. I grab the flip phone and dial 911. "911. What's your emergency?" The dispatcher asks.  I try to answer, but I've lost my voice from all of the screaming. I don't answer, but I know the dispatcher won't hang up. I hear heavy footsteps coming, and I slide the phone under the sofa. "You know, I should f*****g kill you," he says menacingly. Fresh tears escape from my eyes, and I let out a little whimper. "But something about beating you unconscious...just...turns me on," he growls out.  The look in his eyes is pure lust, and I want to vomit. He unzips his pants and pulls his manhood through the zipper hole. He strokes his length up and down, and it hardens some more. I turn my head away, and he stomps down hard on my ankle. I try to scream, but nothing comes. My throat is sore from all of the previous screaming, so my screams sound more like groans. "Look at me b***h. I'm about to tear that p***y up," he says with a husky voice.  He gets on his knees and lifts my skirt up. I start hyperventilating. Please...not this again. He moves my panties to the side and lines his self up with my entrance. I squeeze my eyes shut tight and wait for the pain.   He pulls back to thrust into me, but someone starts banging on the door. "NOPD. Open up!" An officer yells from the other side. Jasper looks at me with wide eyes. "You b***h! You called the cops!" He yells. He stands and shoves his manhood back into his pants. I smile at him, knowing that he is finally about to be put away. He kicks me in the face, wiping the smile away. I feel hot blood gushing from my nose.  The front door is kicked in, but I can barely focus on the scene in front of me. I start seeing two Jaspers before my vision goes hazy.  The last thing I hear is, "Ma'am, you're safe now," before the peaceful darkness pulls me under.
