A day full of surprises

Alison's P.O.V On Saturday morning, I woke up early to get ready on time. I knew Ria and Missy were always on time, and I didn't want to be late AGAIN!!! I went to the bathroom to do my business and had a long and relaxing shower for me to wake up properly. Walking down the stairs to the pack's kitchen, smells made my stomach growl- bacon, grilled cheese, pancakes, baked eggs. I took a plate, filled it with everything, and went to the dining room to eat. Don and the rest of the guys were already seated eating. "Good morning, sunshine!" Don said, smiling at me. "How was your night?" he asked. "I slept like a log," I answered, and we all started laughing. "The Alpha instructed me to accompany you girls to the mall today," said Don. "So, Elliot will join us just in case I feel bored with all you chicks today." I smacked him on the head, laughing, and replied, "As if you don't like it. " We arrived at the mall at around 11. It was crowded, and I felt a bit uneasy. I never liked very crowded places anyway. The girls took me by the hand and let me inside the first store, selling evening dresses. Missy found a tight short red dress that fitted her like a second skin. She is tall and slim, with skin white as snow, a perfect match with her hair. Ria found an emerald green mid-thigh dress with golden embroilments around the neck. A dreamy dress for a stunning red-headed girl. I had difficulty finding anything since I felt uneasy about my leg condition. All of a sudden, there it was!! A long black princess-style dress with violet garments was hanging on the rail, waiting for me. I stared in amazement. "Holy sh.it, Alison!" Ria screamed. "This is perfect for you. It would be best if you tried it. It will look amazing with your beautiful eyes. You can match it with this pair of sandals". She showed me a pair of sandals with black and violet leather straps. I went into the dressing room to try it on; I didn't look in the mirror and immediately exited the room. I heard a loud gasp and turned my head towards the sound. The girls were looking at me in awe. "This is perfect," both of them said in unison. I checked myself in the mirror, and I was utterly lost. My reflection showed a young woman dressed in a fairy dress, her feminine curves in view. It was just what I was looking for at the prom. The sales lady from the shop was looking at me in astonishment. She smiled at me praisingly and told me that she had not seen such a lovely figure in a long time. I thanked her politely and decided to buy the dress and the sandals. At the cashier, the sales lady called Ella mentioned that I reminded her of a long-lost friend with those rare eyes. She also said that I had similarities with this friend of hers. She said she would be glad to see me again. I smiled at her and left the shop. "This is strange," Ria said. " That sales lady sounded like she wanted to learn more about you, Alison. Do you think that friend of hers has something to do with you or your past?" she asked me. A strange feeling arose in my heart. Did I want to know?? What if? Indeed, this day at the mall was full of surprises. "Let's go find Don and Elliot," I told the girls, not answering Rias' questions.
