Chapter 18 - Under the Sunset

The groups were immediately splitted after they arrived. Some of them wanted to take a rest in the jotel room first. Klasy and Rowy went to take pictures in the beach side. Only the two of them were down for that as the sun is burning hot at the moment.

"TO be honest, Klasy, you and Theo looked like a secret couple who's trying to come out. What are you exactly?" Rowy casually asked.

She doesn't know how to tell them as well. Yes, they are planning to tell their friends during this outing, but the two of them didn't plan how and when exactly. Maybe when they are having dinner, they can just announce that they started dating somehow.

Klasy took off his see through dress and posed for the camera. The group of girls that they bumped into recognized them especially Rowy who appears often in the national television. They asked to take a picture with us, and we granted it to them.

"Enjoy your stay, girls!" I told them after talking to them for a while, They seem nice and young.

"SO we were talking about..." Klasy went back to her best friend's question.

"We are... a couple." She said. Her best friend's eye went from serious to frustrated. She doesn't seem to believe what Klasy just said.

"You are kidding, right?" She already had a hint, but she is not ready for this kind of revelation. Maybe she did not expect that Klasy and Theo would get along and be lovers eventually. Whatever she is thinking right now, her express says she I shocked.

" Your first boyfriend is Theodore Callosi. Girl, I can't even say I am happy for you right now. But I should be happy, right?" P She hugged her tight. It a mixed emotion. She really wanted her friend to find love, but Theo was out of question before. He is a heart breaker and Paolo would be even more shocked with this news.

"I have no idea too, Rowy. It just happened fast. I felt like he's the one. I had been waiting all my life, then Theo came and he made me feel things."

Rowey's face cannot be painted. She was happy, but disappointed at the same time. From how she sees it, both of them are should always win in argument. She has a lot of questions, but now she just wants to know if this is real or a prank.

" But are you dating for real?" Klasy's forehead furrowed.

"Why? AM I not good enough for someone line him?"

"It's the other way around, sweetie. I'm afraid you will end up crying because of him. He's a close friend of mine, in case you two break up I will surely take your side. But this is still hard to believe. Klasy, out of all the men trying to win your heart, why him? "

When it comes to love, most of your decisions really don't have concrete reasons. Klasy is very independent, she will make it to the top without a man beside her. Adn the same thing goes for Theo. He would survive alone, he will win without a woman by her side. That's one thing she considered. They won't hold each other at times when they want to be let go. They will just be fine.

"What about Pao?"

"Pao knew that we are just friends. We have been hanging out for a long time, and we never crossed the line. He's like a brother to me. And I'm like a best friend to him." She answered. She is sure that Pao will understand.

"i am not sure about this whole thing. Are you sure you are not starting a ruckus between those two? He's beens trying to court you eversince, I really don't know how to react to this, Klasy." She smiled looking at her frustrated best friend. The tan lines are now appearing in their skin.

"There really is nothing to worry about, ROwy. I know you are concerned about Pao, but I guarantee you that he will be fine about it. He doesn't like me romantically." ROwy just shrugged her shoulder.

"pWell, that guy is really annoying, but he's our best man, he's a real protector to the two of us so I don't want him getting hurt at least." Klasy understands. Though it's the three of them who' s in that solid friendship, she always knew that Rowy specially cares for Pao.

" I understand, Rowy. I calculated it carefully... "

" It's the boyfriend!" ROwy pointed behind Klasy. Her heart raced just imagining the face of Theo. She is down so bad for this guy.

"THo, what are you doing here? I thought you're resting in your room?" He's wearing a polo shirt but 4 buttons are undone showing his chest.

"I went to your room, and can't find you. Ahm hi, Rowy. Isn't it off the day to be going out here? More than tan lines you will get sun burnt." He said sarcastically.

ROwy's brow raised then she crossed her arms on her chest.

"You came to the scene and in no time you made my best friend faill in love with you. We have a lot to talk about, Theodore." She said in a scary tone. Theo smiled to her and his brow raised too.

"Sure! Let's talk about that, Rowy. We have a lot of time to waste here. But for now, since we're already out here, we might as well enjoy the view and the sunlight. Let me be your photographer." Klasy handed over the camera to him.

Both Klasy and Rowy had the time of their lives posing and annoying Theo with their childish poses. They also took pictures of him though he didn't ask. He's taking his i********: feed very seriously.

"Okay I think that's enough sun for today. Will you stay here?"

"Of course that's enough, ROwy. The sun is about to set so even you want more, I guess..."

"I know that's what I'm trying to say. I'll leave you two here. I think the others will come out around 4 to enjoy the water activities. See you later in the dinner!"

Klasy was scanning their pictures when Theo hugged her tightly. He handed her the see through dress hat she was wearing a while ago.

"I missed you." He whispered silently.

There are some people in the shore taking pictures as well but they are far from the two of them. She is sure that no one will recognize her.

"But we're together since this morning. Why do you miss me?" She asked straying to stop herself from laughing. At times when Theo acts like a kid, she always finds him cute.

They remained in that position for a while before Klasy suggested that they take a picture together. Theo arranged the camera to the best angle possible, he set the timer and he ran to Klasy so they will be both in the picture. They did three different poses and checked it afterwards.

Theo's hand is on Klasy's waist and they are both smiling wide. In one picture, Theo was looking admiringly to Klasy and in the last one, he kissed her on the cheek.

"This is just how I imagined this vacation would be. Glad that others decided to stay in their room." He said taking a deep sgh and enjoying the sunset view.

Klasy leaned on his chest. She tied her hair so the wind that is blowing hard at the moment won't ruin their moment.

"THis is perfect to me, Theo." She meant the calmness of the day, the sound of waves, the warmth of the moment, and just the silence between them.

"I might remember this even in my next life, Klasy. I'm glad to find you." He said as he kissed the top of her head. She smiled even though he can't see her reaction.

"I didn't expect to fall this way for you too. I hated your guts. But you are a peaceful person, Theo. I feel like my soul was always at rest when I'm with you. I'm sorry I don't know exactly how to explain how I feel for you. I'm telling you words closest to how I feel but still not enough. I feel deep and in the future, if we ever break up, I will still be glad that you made me feel this way." He chuckled arrogantly.

"What break up? Let's make this work, Klasy. If there are misunderstandings in the future, let's fix it. Let's not give up on each other please. Can you promise?" She didn't hold her laugh when he showed his pinky asking for a promise.

Sheentangled it with her pinky too and lifted her face to give him a kiss.

" Under the sunset of Boracay, Klasy promises to hold Theodore in the most loving way for the rest of her life. No breakups, we will be each other's confidant, we will grow much stronger with each other, we will conquer the world together. I will love you until my last breath." sHis jaw dropped with all that she said. He hugged her tightly and kissed her shoulder that is now sunburnt.

"Klasy..." He whispered.

"Yes, love?" HE'S overwhelmed with how she is spoiling him now.

"You are the one I want to spend my life with." She was surprised when he pulled out a ring. Tears are welling up in her eyes. How come at this perfect moment, he's holding a ring and his eyes are reflecting all shades of light from the sun.

"Please marry me, Klasy." There are moments you cannot explain. Some proposals are carefully planned, but some is a spur-of-the-moment. He could spend a billion for a grand proposal, but his heart said that is hould be now.

"I will gladly do, Theo!" She hugged back and her tears just started to come out. It was verwhelming to her too. Doess he deserve this? She has never been this happy her entire life. To have someone willing to spend his life with you, and it's the person that your soul chose, she couldn't believe her luck in this life. It's like a once-in-a-lifetime chance to be with him, and he is glad that the universe allows them to meet.

"I love you, Klasy. I cannot express in words, so I will show by action. Let's never get tired of each other. Let's make our friends jealous with what we have. Let's show our kids how obsessed we are to each other to the point that they will be disgusted. Let's do everything we want. I will be beside you in everything you want to pursue, Klasy. You don't have to worry about me going against it. I will always be here supporting you." He kissed her passionately as he wiped her tears away.

" I love you more, Theo. Let's do all we want together. Let's do that please. You are not allowed to get tired of me even sometimes I can be really petty and childish and annoying and hard to understand. I can't accept you giving up on me, I will bomb your house."

He laughed, kissed her forehead.

"Go bomb all my properties if I do in the future. I give you permission to do that. Know that I have never been sure like this in my entire life. You, Klasy, is my priority now. Everything I have under my name, I can give up for you. Remember that."

They spent the afternoon talking about their childhood and school life. They had many similarities, but if they met each other before, they would be annoying. They are still learning about their flaws, and yet both of them are so sure that they are meant to be in this life.
