No one's POV
Arriving at the light red painted principal's office, there was a receptionist at the front desk of the office, having a conversation with someone on the phone. When she noticed three students approaching her, she ended the call and began to ask what they wanted.
"Hello, how may I assist you? Shouldn't the three of you be in the cafeteria right now?" The receptionist asked.
"Hello! I'm Bleu, the new exchanged student from Germany. I'm here to pick up the keys for my locker, my class schedule, textbooks for my classes and I heard that I have a tour around the school's premises?" Bleu replied, smiling back at the receptionist.
"Oh yes! Luna here is actually giving you the tour! As for your keys, here you go!" She said, handing the keys to me.
"As for your class schedule and textbooks, you can find them in your locker, at level 1, locker number 39." She added.
"Thank you so much for your assistance! I'll be on my way, sorry to bother you!" Bleu said, waving the receptionist goodbye.
Bleu's POV
After taking my keys from the receptionist, I left the office with Luna and Chad alongside me.
"Why didn't you tell me that you were the one giving me the tour?" I asked Luna once we were outside, quite annoyed.
"Sorry! I just found out when you told me you were new here... I didn't have the chance to tell you, I'm sorry!" Luna replied, feeling quite guilty.
"Dude, she just met you. How is she supposed to know that you're the one receiving a tour today!" Chad defended Luna, not breaking eye contact with me.
"Oh well, I'm sorry okay! She did nothing wrong," I explained. "I'm sorry for snapping at you. I'm just really tired from all the traveling. I just want this tour to end quickly so we don't have to meet anymore." I said.
"Great! Lucky us! Am I right Luna?" Chad sarcastically said, looking at Luna, waiting for her answer.
"No, it's not!" Luna replied. "It's my fault that I didn't tell you in the first place. We'll start the tour right away! Let's see... Your locker is right beside Maria's locker! Congrats Bleu!" Luna added, excitedly.
"Who's Maria?" I asked while walking to my locker with Luna, with Chad following behind us.
"She's popular here but don't be afraid, she's really nice. Just don't disturb her and she'll spare you." Chad jokingly answered.
"What do you mean by, 'spare me'?" I asked, looking at Chad.
"She doesn't like it when people get in her way. You know, like she thinks that she's better than everyone else and if she catches you or anyone else gossiping about her, you're dead." Chad replied.
"You mean like what we're doing now?" I chuckled.
"Yea!" Both Luna and Chad answered at the same time, shaking their heads while laughing.
"She's just a typical popular mean girl, so don't worry yea!" Luna said.
"Are you guys close friends with her?" I asked, looking back and forth at both Luna and Chad.
"Oh hell no! We're better off being dead than being friends with a person like her." Chad quickly said.
"Yea, everyone who hangs out with her or is close with her turns into her 'minion' and they have to do everything she asks them to do. I pity them sometimes but what can I do- what can we do. We don't wanna be the one bullied by her." Luna added.
"The teacher doesn't know about this or the principal?" I asked.
"Her dad practically owns this school because he donates a lot of money to this academy so even the principal can't help us or her 'minions' in this case. Sad, am I right?" Chad answered.
"Wow, that's crazy! I just hope that I don't meet her. I wouldn't want to be her 'minion' too." I said.
Luna's POV
"Okay, we're here. Do you need help opening it or would you like me to open it for you?" I asked Bleu.
"It's fine, I think I know how a locker works. Thanks, Luna." Bleu replied, chuckling.
No one's POV
As Bleu was about to open his locker, he kept turning the key around but to no avail, the locker remained locked. He tried it again and again but it was still locked.
"I need help." Bleu looked at Luna, slightly embarrassed.
"Oh really? What's the magic word then?" Luna jokingly asked.
"Please. Help. Me. Luna." Bleu replied.
"Fine. Permission granted!" Luna answered, giggling to herself.
After turning the key around a few times, the locker door finally opened. As told, his class schedule and textbooks were inside. Luna quickly took the sheet of paper on top of one of the textbooks and read the instructions on it.
Luna's POV
"Dear Bleu Hemsworth, we are proud to welcome you to Wayshire Academy! A school for responsible, courteous, goal-oriented and modest students. As you may know, our academy holds a top spot out of all schools in Wayshire Roosevelt. We truly believe in our motto, 'Everyone can learn. Everyone can achieve. To add on, our students are well taken care of by our awe-inspiring, bright and optimistic teachers in this academy too! Don't be afraid to seek assistance from your teachers and don't forget that you are currently a part of Wayshire Academy! Have a nice day, fellow Shire!" read Luna, looking up from the letter after reading the last part.
Bleu's POV
"Shire? What does that mean?" I asked both Luna and Chad.
"A Shire is what you call a student who studies at Wayshire Academy," Luna replied.
"Look! You're in the same class as us!" Chad exclaimed.
"Class 21B! English, Mathematics, History, Language, Physical Education and Sign Class! Great, you'll be seeing us around! Isn't that awesome?" Luna excitedly said.
"Wait, what does sign class mean?" I asked.
"Oh, you'll see later. Trust me, it's worth the wait!" Chad replied, patting my back.
Bleu's POV
Man, why do classes have to be so boring? Well, one good thing is that it's time for Sign Class! I have no idea what it means but since both Luna and Chad told me that it was worth the wait, I'm kind of excited to see what this class is about.
"Alright class, please keep quiet and sit down. Class is about to start! I'm Mrs. Higgins, your Sign Class mentor and I've heard rumors that there's a new exchanged student here from Germany. May I kindly know who he is?" Mrs. Higgins spoke.
"That would be me, Mrs. Higgins!" I said whilst standing up. "I'm Bleu, as you all may know I'm from Germany. I was recently transferred to this academy because of my sick aunt. She couldn't take care of me anymore so she sent me away here to study and to achieve my dreams."
"Oh, she's sick?" Mrs. Higgins asked.
"Yea, but she didn't tell me what kind of illness she had so I'm really worried about her," I replied, quite worried about my aunt since she's home alone in Germany right now.
"May I ask? Do you even know what's the reason you're in this school for, son?" Mrs. Higgins asked, slightly confused.
"To study?" I answered
Just as I said those words, I heard laughter and murmurs forming in the classroom.
"Wh- What's wrr- wrong?" I nervously asked.
"Son, you're here because you're special! You have powers dear!" Mrs. Higgins exclaimed.
And that's when everything went pitched black. I fell to the floor and was unconscious for God knows how long
