Chapter 4

Bleu's POV

I think I should hug her. That's the least I could do since she helped me. I slowly approach her, about to pull her in for a hug when suddenly Chad opened the door, ruining our moment.

"Did I miss something?" Chad innocently asked.

"Oh my God, yes you did! A lot actually.." Luna replied, giggling to herself.

Wow. She's just so cute when she's laughing. Just seeing her beautiful short wavy black hair, her petite body and soft laughter just made my day. I can't stop staring at her.

"Hey, you okay?" She asked, walking towards me, holding my arm.

"Yea-yea, I'm fine. Nothing to be worried about. I just need to pack my bags and head back to class." I answered promptly, shoving her hand off my arm.

"Oh dude, you don't know? Classes are finished. It's the end of school!" Chad stated, slightly jumping around excitedly.

"What!" I replied, feeling shocked.

"You missed your classes for the whole day but I'm sure it's okay! It's not your fault that you fainted." Luna said, forming a smile on her face, calming me down.

"Wait, he knows? About the you know what.." Chad asked Luna, confused about what had happened just now.

"Don't worry, he knows. He's one of us now!" Luna answered, looking at me with a huge smile on her face.

"Yea, don't worry about it, it's cool Chad!" I replied, grinning at both of them.

"Oh cool, well now, we just gotta sneak out then. They'll probably want to talk to you after you wake up and we wouldn't want that to happen." Chad hurriedly said, looking out the window of the infirmary.

"What do you mean by that?" I asked, feeling confused.

"Come on, let's go! I'll tell you later on the way back to my place!" Luna said, holding my hand, leading me out the door.

-Skip to when they reach Luna's house-

Luna's POV

"Okay, we're here! Welcome to my beautiful and sweet home! You can place your bags at the table right there, near the front door and place your shoes and socks in the tiny cabinet outside the house." I said, showing them the different amenities around my apartment.

"Wow, your apartment is beautiful!" Bleu said, looking around the house with a huge smile plastered on his face.

"Aw, thanks, Bleu!" I replied, smiling back at him.

There was a long pause between us. I just kept staring back at Bleu while he stares back at me. We looked at each other for a whole minute when Chad had to ruin our moment again. God, I sometimes do hate Chad.

"Um, sorry to ruin your romantic moment but we have to get to work! Remember about what we wanted to tell Bleu before we left the academy?" Chad interrupted us.

"Oh yea, I forgot about that! Why don't you guys make yourself at home while I go and prepare some snacks and beverages for us meanwhile." I replied, looking away from Bleu for a second, shaking my head.

Bleu's POV

We stared at each other. She looked at me. I looked at her. Oh, my God, am I falling for her already? We just met! Just when I thought that our stare was going to last long, Chad cleared his throat and interrupted us, again.

"Um, sorry to ruin your romantic moment but we have to get to work! Remember about what we wanted to tell Bleu before we left the academy?" He said.

Did he just say that? The romantic moment my a*s. She's too good for me. She's better off with someone better, like Chad for example. She treats him like an older brother, I'm sure something is going on between them. I hope not.

"Oh yea, I forgot about that! Why don't you guys make yourself at home while I go and prepare some snacks and beverages for us meanwhile." Luna replied, shaking her head and looking away from me for a second.

Did she just do that? Wow, I thought that meant something to her. Well, I just not.

"Oh, thanks! We'll be in the living room then!" I said.

After she left us to get some food and beverages, Chad went over to her living room, which was right beside the front door, to the left. Her apartment was rather small and there were only 2 rooms in the hall, from what I can see. I'm guessing that's the bedroom while the other door is for the bathroom.

While exploring around, I saw picture frames on the table underneath the television, which was mounted to the beige-colored wall of her apartment. I walked towards it and looked at all of the different pictures on the table. One of the picture frames had a family in it. Luna was standing in the middle of the photo, while two adults stood behind her. I'm guessing that the other two girls in the picture beside her were her sisters. They all looked so adorable in the picture and smiled the brightest.

"Hey, I see you looking at my pictures there. Care to explain why you're snooping around my house?" A voice interrupted me while I was looking at the pictures.

"Oh sorry! I didn't mean to invade your privacy. I'll put them back!" I quickly replied, feeling really embarrassed by my actions.

Luna chuckled.

"She's just playing with you. Don't worry about it, dude!" Chad said, chucking after.

"Yea, don't worry about it! I'm not mad.." Luna said, smiling back at me.

"Who are they? The people in those pictures." I asked.

Luna walked towards me and picked up the picture with her family in it.

"These are my two sisters. The girl on my left is my younger sister, Anna while on the right is my older sister, Heidi. The two adults at the back are my parents. They're beautiful, am I right?" Luna explained, staring at the pictures deeply as if the whole world depended on it.

"Where are they now? I'm truly sorry for asking but it's okay if you don't want to talk about it." I said, holding her shoulder.

"No, it's fine!" She said.

"Well I'm not sure where my two sisters are b- but both of my parents d- didn't survive a c- car crash and died on their way b- back to the hospital," Luna said, on the verge of trying to hold back her tears that were about to form in her eyes.

"Heyy, come here," I said, pulling her into a hug, putting down the picture onto the table.

We hugged for about a minute before Chad came running to us, engulfing us into the hug again. This time, Luna couldn't take the pain anymore so she cried into my chest.

"She's really cute when she's crying though." I thought to myself whilst still holding her in my arms with Chad behind her, hugging us tightly.

I know that I'm supposed to comfort her but just seeing her face directly under my head just made me feel so happy and safe when I'm with her.

Luna's POV

There he said it. He asked me about my family, which I didn't want to talk about. Chad only knows about my family but this time, maybe I could let someone else in on my secrets. I really like Bleu and maybe we could be more than friends.

"Well I'm not sure where my two sisters are b- but both of my parents d- didn't survive a c- car crash and died on their way b- back to the hospital," I said, holding back my tears.

"Heyy, come here," Bleu said, pulling me into a hug, putting down the picture onto the table before hugging me.

After a minute, I noticed Chad running to us, engulfing me and Bleu back into the hug again. This time, I couldn't take the pain anymore. I wanted to cry so bad and that's what I did. I felt like a million tears just fell out from my eyes like a waterfall.

I felt so safe while hugging Bleu. Chad never made me feel like this before so maybe it's confirmed. I do like Bleu. I know it's super early as we just met today but I'm starting to have feelings for him and I can't stop it, even if I wanted to.

After pulling apart, I wiped away my tears and began talking.

"Thanks, guys, for everything! Okay, now let's go and eat first before talking about what had happened today." I said, breaking my voice in the middle.
