It had been a great day for Charlie. Her and Isla were with the tattoo guy for a few hours, but as soon as they were done, they headed back to the boys. Of the three, Dex looked almost relieved to see them and Charlie saw the smirk dancing on Lucien’s face at his reaction. She made a mental note to make sure he wasn’t bullying her friend for being his sister’s mate. Marcus seemed to hang back from everyone and wasn’t very talkative over dinner. Charlie was too busy to question it though, she was stuck fielding questions about what Isla’s gift was, but she had sworn her new friend to secrecy. It was silly because she would eventually shift and be naked in front of them, but she wanted to keep the tattoo to herself for now.
