Chapter 11 Prince Ezerette Mclane Just when I thought I couldn't be embarrassed anymore. Yumi cleared her throat and I rolled off Josh's body, my cheeks heating up as I felt Josh's intense gaze burning the back of my head. Yumi was grinning at me and I pursed my lips. Josh's body was warm and I could just lay there all day, but that would be weird. I wondered what would it feel like to hold me in his arms. No. I shouldn't be thinking about that. "Okay, brother. You can go with us," Yumi said as she offered hand for his brother to take. Josh stood up and straightened his suit while looking at me. I looked away. Too much embarrassment. Yumi still had this grin plastered on her face and I regretted thinking that she was beautiful. She was, though. But I'd like to take that back. Yumi grabbed my hand and Josh pried it away. Instead, he was the one to hold it. This time, I pried it but then he held it again. Stubborn conceited freak. "Let's go then," Josh said and we went to a fancy restaurant, Josh practically dragging me and I had no choice. The restaurant was fancy. Very. The interiors were great. It was a country style but the design was too beautiful. Everything was polished and practically shining. Different scents invaded my nose and my mouth watered. A waited came to us and handed the menu. My eyes widen when I took in. It wasn't that expensive. In fact, it was not expensive at all. As if reading my mind, Yumi spoke, "What's with the face, Eze?" I looked at her and she smiled at me. Josh's eyes darkened and his hold on my hand tightened and I scrunched my face in pain. I took a deep breath and exhaled. What was his problem? "Nothing," I replied, prying my hand off of Josh's hell grip and put it on the table. "I thought foods here were expensive, but I thought wrong." "This restaurant is owned by Mr. Hollister," Josh said as he kept his gaze trained on me. I squirmed. "He's a famous chef. He has a lot of restaurants here in town but surprisingly, it's not expensive. That's his goal, anyway." "For his foods not to be expensive?" I asked both of them. Josh nodded while Yumi shrugged. The waiter came back and asked what would our order be. I could use my savings. I could pay. I ordered Cordon Bleu with steamed rice. Yumi ordered a macaroni salad with ice tea. What Josh ordered was two pieces rare pork with a side dish of corn. We waited until our food came. Yumi bombarded me a lot of questions, like, how did Josh and I meet? I almost said that I had been kidnapped and our first meeting was awful, but Josh beat me to it. He said that we were on the beach and saw each other. He said it was 'love at first sight' which I scoffed of. The lies were easily coming out of his mouth whereas I still felt guilty for lying to my mom. I chose to ignore his version though. I could 't care less. I was waiting for the food because I had not eaten at the house because of this brat. He texted me that Yumi wanted to meet me and I was like huh? Why would I need to meet her? That was the exact words I texted him, but he threatened me that he'd drag me. Knowing, Josh, he would do it with emotions. Still, Yumi kept asking questions that were too personal. She was asking what our romance was like, or did Josh and I have s*x already, or did I get a blowjob? Who was the top and who was the bottom? Of course, Josh and I were getting uncomfortable. Neither was answering her questions. Instead, we tried to avoid the topic by pointing at things. Or being lovey-dovey with each other. We figured that the only way we could block the question was to pretend that we were playing and romancing each other. Yumi watched us in amusement and her questions stopped. We sighed in relief. Minutes later, our foods came and we dug in happily. Josh ate his food with gracefulness. Rich kids. Yumi was stabbing her lettuce softly and shoved into her mouth. These kids were rich, yet they were eating in a fancy restaurant but not expensive. Who would have thought? I was very hungry and wasn't speaking. I just concentrated on my food to satisfy my grumbling stomach. After a while, we were full and too satisfied. The foods were so delicious. Josh had let me taste what he ordered and it was so delicious that he gave me leftover. I felt guilty because he gave me his food. Yumi cooed at us and I blushed, scowling to mask it away. We stood up and Josh paid what we ate. I had offered to pay what I ate because I had a money, but he declined, saying that it was his treat. Yumi said that she needed to go and she kissed my cheek and Josh scowled at the action. Yumi just smirked and gave me a hug and said bye as she headed off. I was left with Josh by my side. I told Josh that I needed to go home but he said no. "No? Why no?" I asked him as he led me back to the building. I was beginning to be pissed. But I was weak compared to him. Well, I was not weak, but in his eyes, I was. And I admitted it. "Let's go to my house," Josh said as he grabbed a couple of things; some papers and a briefcase and his cellphone; which was Samsumg S6 Edge. I believed it cost $700. But he was rich. He could afford it. He could buy millions of it. "Why would we need to go to your house?" I asked him. "Because I said so," he replied stubbornly. I threw my hands up in the air because I had no choice but to follow. "Give me your mom's number. I'll call her. I'll tell her that you'll sleep in my house." "What?" I shouted, glaring at him. Me, going to sleep in his house? I had my own house and didn't need to sleep in someone's else house. I was about to speak again when his eyes turned to me, dark and scary. Oh my f*****g God. This man was a psycho. Grumbling, I fished my phone out of my pocket and gave it to him. He took it swiftly out of my hand and he arched his brow at me. I forgot that I had a password and I unlocked it. I waited for him to give me my cellphone back but he didn't. Instead, he put those devices in his pocket and I gritted my teeth, telling him that I needed my cellphone. He just shrugged and led me downstairs. It felt like I was a dog following his master. I oh so badly wanted to punch his face and kill him, but I'd end up in jail. I just hoped someone do the deed for me. I'd forever love the person who would shoot this man dead. A black, basically shining; a car od God, pulled to a stop in front of the building and Josh opened the door for me. I scowled at the action. It felt like I was a girl. Grumbling, I hopped in the backseat hesitantly. For all I knew, it'd be the right time for him to kill me. My body would never be found. I had yet to apologize to my mom. Josh took a seat beside and I scooted as far away as possible from him. He seemed to notice it because he scooted closer to me, feeling the warmth of his body. My body slightly shook and I wanted to text, or to call, my best friend Cheena. She knew what to say. Josh pulled out my cellphone and unlocked it easily. I tried to grab it but he raised it away from me. He was grinning from ear to ear and I gave up. He was acting like a child and there was no point on playing his games. From the corners of my eyes, I saw that he was opening my f*******: account and tapping the messages icon. He had read all my messages. There was an amusement glinting in his eyes. I wondered what he was reading. I hadn't opened my f*******: yet. Thinking that Josh was just being a nosy brat, I ignored him the whole ride, even though he tried to talk to me. These past few days had been a hell to me, and still. Everything happened in a blur. It had been a week after Layla leaked the edited picture, which led me here. I had lost track of time, but I felt the car stopped and that's when I took in the scenery.  Josh had a mansion. Of course he had. He was rich and all. But I wondered if his parents or Yumi had been living in the same house. Probably not. Josh climbed out of the car and so did I. He motioned me to follow him and I gladly did. He led me to his mansion and opened the door.  I was greeted by the ambiance of the house. It was like a dark force, not a home-y feeling. It was something else. It was like it had been full of... sadness. Although the house was designed to make people feel comfortable, it wasn't doing its job well. In fact, I'd much rather be homeless than live in this house. Josh motioned me to sit on the cream-colored sofa, which was looking soft and comfy. Despite the ambiance of the house, it was the couch that had comforted me. So I gladly took a seat and felt awesome. As soon as I took a seat, Josh took a seat beside me. He pulled out my cellphone and I stared at it warily. He opened the camera application and switched the camera to front camera. "Say cheese," he said. And being the dumb I was, I grinned on the camera and Josh slung an arm around me. He took a picture of us and studied it. Then he broke into a smile and opened the f*******: application. I watched him do his little antics. He searched his name using my f*******: account and surprisingly, there were a lot of posers of him. When he chose the his account, he added himself using mine and his phone made a sound, notifying that someone had added him. He pulled out his phone and accepted my friend request. Rolling my eyes, I saw him posting the photo of us on f*******: using my account and tagged himself. He gave me my phone back with a smile. He spoke with malice. "Don't you dare delete it," Josh stood up and headed to what I assumed was the kitchen. I opened my f*******: timeline and there it was, the picture of us, both smiling and grinning at the camera. With a caption of: my hubby and I ❤ Surprisingly, a lot of people had like our photo and my notification had been bombarded with comments on the uploaded photo. Cheena was the first one to comment. Her comment was embarrassing though. Cheena Mae Pucker: Nice one, lover boy. Go suck his juicy hotdog and choke on it. Hahahahahaha.
