But now that we going back. I have my eyes on two Hotels. And I hope, we take over them as well.

Well, Not hope, but certain. I am certain, I'll take over.

Now, I can't wait to go back.

I wonder what my family thinks though. Do they think I'm dead?

Or they didn't even bother to search for me?

I mean they are rich.

If any of their family members goes missing, they can easily go to the news channels, and ask to help them search for their loved ones. And I didn't see anyone looking for me.

It just breaks my heart to think about them.

I did nothing to them and this is what I get from them.

Is not like I asked them to birth me to this world.

Well, Thank God for sending David. If David didn't save me that day, I wouldn't have been here.

Now I'm going to make them pay. For everything they did to me.

I heard a soft knock on my door, and before I could answer. I saw the door opening and that person came in. It was none other than Mr David.

"What do you want David?" I said annoyed.

"I think I said go to sleep, So why is your light still on?"

"I am getting ready for bed. Don't worry, I was going through some files." I lied

He stared at me for a while, then said "Do you have something to tell me by any chance?"

"No!"

"Are you sure?"

"Yes!"

I faked yawned and said. " I'm sleepy.Good night."

He nodded his head and went out, switching my light off. I went to bed, and as soon as I put my head down, I right away went to Dreamland.

David Pov.

I'm very happy for Tessa!

Today she showed the world how talent she is.

As soon as we entered the car I started particularly begging God. I didn't want to talk to her now. And I know she wants to talk to me. This is the conversation I never want to have with her. O God, only you can save me now.

We reached home. I parked my car, went out and quickly started marching to the house, because I know for a fact, she will start the conversation I am avoiding.

I went in the house, took my coat off and threw it somewhere. I then went to the kitchen, looked around. There was no food. I am sure she is hunger. Let me make something to eat for us.

She came in the kitchen and said." What are you doing?"

"I am making food for us, wifey."

"Oh okay."

She picked up an apple and sat on the counter.

How dare she?!!!

She knows very well that annoys me.

On top of that she is swinging her legs.

Lazy.This woman is super lazy! I think she is trying to get on my nerves. Let me not give her the chance.

I must send her out of her. What must I do?

I can't even concentrate on my work.!!!

"Someone seems jealous."

I looked around. No one is here, except me. "Who?" I asked

"You, of course." She said while staring at her apple.

I stopped chopping and said while Pointing at myself. "Me, me, the one and only David Valdez!."

"Yes, you. The one and only David Valdez." She mimicking me.

To be honest. She is looking very cute.

"Wifey, Are you drunk?

I hope she is just joking. And doesn't actually think I am jealous.

"Simply." She said while getting off the counter. "Because you are avoiding me." She added as she stood firm on the ground.

Let's say I know where this is going. I nodded my head and went back to my chopping. I got no time for this.

She stood there for a while, then said "Mr Valdaz.

I do. That's is why I am avoiding you woman. Why are you not getting the hint. I just do want to talk about.

I must definitely send her away from the kitchen now. But she won't leave!

I looked at her and that face looked serious. I can't joke around with her now.

I said ."Can we talk about it after dinner, I.. I am starving."

She nodded in the affirmative and went out of the kitchen. I follow her with my eyes. She marched upstairs. I guess she went to her room.

I wish she doesn't remember when she comes down later. Or she must not ask me about it.

I went back to my cooking. I am making macaroni with mince. She likes that.

She must be one of the lucky ones on earth, not all men can cook such delicious food. But instead of being grateful, she wants to talk about going back.

How ungrateful of you wife!

After I made the mince, I mixed the macaroni and mince together, poured melted cheese on it and put it in the ovan. Switch it on and went to go set the table.

I placed two palate on the table and light a candle. We having a candle light dinner!

After the ovan went off, I took the plate out and placed it on the center of the table. I was about to call, But I saw her coming down.

This woman doesn't want to give up!

I said " I was about to call you."

She smiled and said. "Oh, I got bored inside."

I pointed at her seat to indicat that she must sat. She showed me the cutest smile and went to sat. I sat down opposite her and we started eating.

I looked at her hand and seemed like she is enjoying the food. I look up and she was actually enjoying. I hope she forgot about the conversation.

After we were done eating. she spoke. "David....."

"Before we speak, can we wash the dishes first." I spoke as fast as I can.

Why?!!!!!

Luck is nor on my side today.

We went to the kitchen and started cleaning up the place. She was washing and I was drying them. I saw she was into the dishes.

I think, I can dodge now!

I don't think she will notice me leaving.

And, she won't enter my room. Since she doesn't like it.

Perfect. Let me just leave before she talks.

I looked at her and saw she was wiping the table. I slowly started moving backwards.

But lucky is definitely not on my side today! I just dropped something on the ground. Before I could pick it up, she said.

"For how long are you planning on avoiding me?"

I stopped, turned around and said "I am not avoiding you."

"We both know you are.!" She said raising her voice.

I am not avoiding her.

Or Maybe I am.

She hold my hand and pulled to me. When we entered the dinning room, she stopped, faced me and said." Mr David Valdez!."

O God. I can't run away anymore.

"I hope you remember the promise?"

She said with a serious tune.

This! This is the conversation I wasn't ready for.

I look down in disappointmentd, and said "Yes I do."

"Then?"

I looked at her and asked ."Then what?"

"When are we going back?"

Ouch! That hurts.

I thought for a while, then said "Very soon."

I was about to move, but she hold me and said. "I want go tomorrow!"

What!!!!

Tomorrow?

"Have you lost your mind?

tomorrow. No... no no. Tomorrow is impossible!" I shouted

"No is not." She argued

"Yes it is!"

"Why are arguing with me regarding this? I remember very well. Five years ago, before we came to Australia you promised me. You promised me that you will take me back to my hometown after I win the business women of the year without any help from you, and i did.'

Ashhh!

I wish I never said that.

What was I thinking?

I don't know what to say to her now. How must I stop her?

I looked around annoyed, and said. " I know, and I remember very well." Emphasizing on Very well.

" But you.... You are not ready!"

She got angry, and started shouting.

"I am ready!

I was waiting for this day for the past, 5 freaking years of my life!"

I observed her for a while. She looks really anger. I said "You know what Mrs Veldez, I can also shout, and I am 100 percent sure. You are not ready."

"Please Sir. I promise you, I am ready. I want go back home. I want to start with my revenge already."

I noticed the tears in her eyes. This girl knows very well how to melt me.

I stared at her for a While thinking what to do. I went closer and said "Okay."

Even though I am not happy. At least she will be happy. I Think she deserve a reward. A small reward for her hard work.

She got a big smile on her face and she jumped to hug me.

This was unexpected.

I hugged her back and said. "But not tomorrow."

She broke the hug, stared at my face then asked. "Why?"

Are you for really Tessa!

I said. " What do you mean Why?

You know very well I have few work to attend to, and I can't let you go alone. So You have to wait. Afterer I am done here. We will go together."

She smiled again, hugged me and said. "Thank you. "

I hugged her back. This child!

She is literally the cutes on Earth.

We broke our hug. I put her hair behind her ear. And I said."Now go. Go get some rest."

She nodded like a small child and she run upstairs.

This woman, I tell you.

I went back to the kitchen. Took out a bottle of vodka out of the the fridge and started drinking.

I dont know what is happening.

I was thinking of a way to drop this topic. But couldn't find one.

What will happen if we go back?

What if she forgets about her revenge after she sees that Ricky, and her family?

I know, I shouldn't. But.. but I read her Journal. And from what I read. She really likes that guy. She loves him very much.

How will she hurt him?

I switched the lights off and ran upstairs to my room.

I saw her light was on.

Why is she still awake?

I knocked the door and went in without waiting for an answer. I saw her standing next to the window and asked why she isn't sleeping yet.

She made some lame excuse up. I didn't question her further.I told her to sleep. We wished each other good night and I went to my room.

I changed my clothes and went to bed.

I work up with the tweeting sound the birds. I looked at the digital watch ans it showed 6:26.

I got off the bed and went in the bathroom.Took a bath and came down.

I saw Tessa in blue dress making breakfast for us.

This is odd!

She is usually sleeping this time.

I sat down and asked. "Where did the sun rise from today? "

She came out with the pancake, placed it on the table and said. "That is the most stupidest question to ask." And went back to the kitchen.

I laughed and said. " How is it stupid?

For the past five years someone who never got up, and made a decent meal. Got up today, and made breakfast for her husband."

She came out with orange juice, placed on the table and sat down. She looked at me and said "You are right! But what can l say?

You see today. I was in the mood for pancake. And I am tired of yours. So I had to make some for myself. And I want you to have sooo much energy. And finish all your work, so we can go as soon possible."

With a huge smile.

I knew she was up to no good.

This woman is cute.

After I ate my breakfast. I went to my office. I reached there, and I went through all my files so I can find something, but to my unfortunate, I had nothing. I finished the little I had. And was sitting staring through the window.o

Someone barged into my office. I looked up and saw my beautiful wife with a lunch box in her hand.

This is confusing!

Why is she here?

"What happened Wifey?"

"Nothing. I thought I would help you finish your work, and I bought lunch for you." She said showing me the lunch box

Shit.!

Now what?

She will find out I have nothing important. She came and sit down. She started dishing food for us. She handed me my palate and we started eating. After we were done eating, I lied. "I asked Nick to handle everything. So I think we can go tomorrow."

I saw happiness in her face. She wiped her mouth and said . Thank you! You are an angel. My Angel."

She came closer and kissed my cheek. Looked at me. Waved her hand and went out.

I started smiling like an i***t as soon as she went out. That was new!

She literally kissed me.

After some time.

It was 6pm.Time to go home. I started packing my things into my bag and went home.

When I reached home I could smell nice aroma coming from the kitchen.

I went there and saw Tessa cooking.

This is impressive.

"Wow wifey! I must say, Today you fulfilling your duties as wife."

She smiled and said."I always fulfill my duties.But my husband doesn't notice it."

I laughed and went to my room.

I saw Suitcases. I went to the cupboard, and there was literally nothing in there except for a little.

Wow!

She already packed my clothes.This girl is in a hurry.

I changed into my pajamas and come down. We had candle light dinner again.

She said." I already booked our flight. We going tomorrow at 9. Make sure you wake up early."

I nodded and we had long conversations about our life back home. Only the fun moment. After about hours of talking, we went to our rooms.

We got up early have breakfast and we went to the airport.

We bored our flight and after 9 hours. We reached Bangkok. Our hometown.

When we got out, She opened her arms and screamed. "We are back! We are home. Bangkok I missed you."

I smiled at her childness.I noticed people were staring. I hold her hand, she looked at me confused. I said. "Remember, we are married. And the media are here to welcome us. So we must behavior like married couple."

She nodded her head. We put on our sunglasses and marched. As soon as we reached at the exit. People were taking pictures of us and asking us questions.I was ignoring them. Because I don't know what they saying.

Someone said. "Sir, Who is this woman?"

I stopped and said." She is my wife."

As soon as they heard the word wife. They gasped. I smiled and walked passed them.

When we reached our car. Tessa asked "Who called them?"

I actually let them know we coming. But I lied.

"I don't know."

I called them here. Because I want the world to know that she is my wife. Especially that Ricky! I don't want him hitting on my wife.

Then her revenge will be easy. Because he wont be lovey dovey with her.

I can't wait to see him.

And yes!

My so call ex will also know I have moved on, and that I am a married man.

Life will get interesting from this point.
