Sleeping next to my soul mate for the last few nights was the most amazing feeling of calm I had ever felt. I made love to her several times a day, and playing house with her was such a natural feeling. I loved the faces she made when I'd cook for her, she enjoyed my food so much, I almost wished I could enjoy it with her. My liquid diet prohibited such, and while I could occasionally enjoy some extremely rare meat, it was only in very small amounts. I never ate human food, so I didn't miss it like some vampires.
