Alora POV

We are finally driving through the gates of our territory, and I'm so happy to be home, safe, and sound.

Aiden and Austin both filled Gage and our warriors in with the details of our trip, while I said my goodbyes to my parents and brothers. I can see all of them tense with anger at us being attacked and was on high alert. My families cars had disappeared when we got in our own cars and headed for home.

"What happens with the trashed car?" I asked, not even sure why the thought hadn't occurred to me sooner. "we will send some warriors to retrieve it, or at least clean up the mess," Austin explained, and Gage growled at that comment, making my steps falter. Gage is an amazing Beta. Not only is he a great fighter, but he's also one of the most cool headed wolves I know, so hearing him growl at the simple comment didn't make sense. "Sorry Luna, It infuriates me that I was not there to protect you," and I finally understand why he's pissed off "Gage I have no doubt that you would have destroyed them stood side by side with my mates" I try to reassure him, not sure what to say to actually say to do that but he gives me a small nod and I'm tackled into a hug, both Donna and Holly are already asking if I'm OK, I give Gage the stink eye knowing he had already relaid our attack to Holly, who obviously told Donna, Greyson and Austin and Aidens parents.

All of them are asking if we were OK and checking us over. Greyson stood looking as fuming as Gage, that he wasn't there for us.

"We are fine, honestly." I tried to reassure everyone, but it didn't take their worry away.

"Maybe you should go to the clinic, darling?" Caria suggested, but I shook my head no. I didn't want to mess about. "There is no need, I had a few bumps and scrapes, but I was in the car, and they couldn't reach me properly." They didn't look happy, but none of them went against my wishes.

"Why don't you go with Donna and Holly, have some relaxing time?" Austin smiled at me, but I caught the look that exchanged between Aiden and Austin."What are you doing?" I ask intrigued "Just organising the collection of the car," Aiden says as they both give me a quick kiss and start walking off before I can question them further "Okkk" I'm confused at their actions but I don't have time to dwell on it as I get ushered away with Holly on my right and Donna on my right. Anyone would think I'd been away a month instead of a night.

I couldn't get a word in edgeways with the pair, but I went along with the flow.

They led me towards the spa, but I wasn't feeling like it. I'd be happy to go back to our room and sleep. "Maybe we should cone back later wh-," I get cut off from my protests. "We have arranged everything." Donna smiled, and I didn't have the heart to turn them down, especially if they went out of their way to do something nice for me.

I just give them a nod ok and we walked the rest of the way in comfortable silence.

We entered the building and are greeted by Maria and a couple of other workers. "Luna," they all bared their necks to me. "It's lovely to see you all." I greet them back, I'm also happy that I haven't run into Ruby because I don't think I'd be as polite.

"Beta Holly, everything is set up in the private function room," Maria explained with a smile "Thankyou" was said and we were shown to the room.

I was blown away with the preparation they had done. "It looks lovely," I smile, looking at the room. in the corner was a table and chairs set up with food and drinks, there were massage tables set up, and also a hottub in the corner.

"Nina, Wendy and Mary will be attending to you, I'll be out front if you do need me," Maria smiled and pointed to each woman indicating their names and left the room when we nodded our agreement. "There are dressing gowns on the massage beds. We will leave and give you a few minutes to get ready, Luna," and with that, they left the room and closed the door.

I'm worried about the hottub. Can I even use it if I'm pregnant? 'I'm sure it's fine,' Veda says, and I'm sure she's right. She would feel the danger if it was harmful to our pup.

'I'm just overthinking,' I say as my mind is moving a million miles an hour about everything that had happened.

"Hello, Earth to Alora," Holly says as I've obviously not heard a word they've said.

"Huh." I look at them both with a frown.

"I asked how your family was, and did you enjoy your time with Kylie?" Donna says, I've been so lost in my thoughts that I hadn't heard a word from them or that I've changed into my dressing gown.

"Oh, yes, it was amazing." I smiled thinking of Kylies party. "She had the most amazing news too," and they both looked intrigued. "What?" Holly asked. "She is pregnant." I don't think I could smile any wider, my jaws hurting.

To say they hadn't met her yet, their excitement blew me away. "That's amazing. You're going to be an auntie." they both got super hyper, clapping before hugging me. I feel a tinge of guilt that I've still not shared our news with them yet, and I know by their reaction to Kylie that they will be amazing aunties to our pup. 'Strong friends make strong aunties,' Veda says before going to the back of my mind, leaving me to have some downtime.

"I'm so excited," I gush as my excitement level meets theirs.

The knock on the door grabs our attention, and the lovely ladies come back in.

"Would you like food first or massages?" Wendy asks, and I can see that all 3 of them are nervous. "Massages sound great." I smile at them, hoping to put them at ease, but I'm not sure I do.

"Great, are you wanting us to concentrate on a particular part of your body, or are you wanting a full body massage?" Wendy asks again."I'd love a full body massage, but could I also get a more intense foot massage if possible? my feet are killing," I ask to which Wendy smiles and nods ok. "Of course, Luna." Holly and Donna ask for the same. "If you would all like to get on the beds face down, we will begin," Wendy instructs, and the other two have yet to speak.

I would be lying if I said this wasn't the best massage I've ever had. I could hear Holly and Donna sigh in contentment as the massages were getting done. It was so nice that none of us spoke, lost in our own little relaxation bubbles. Don't even get me started on the foot massage, I didn't want her to stop, and when she did, I felt so relaxed I could have stayed on that bed forever. It really was just what I needed.

They gave us some space and told us there was no rush to get up, and so I didn't.

I knew eventually that I would need to, especially because my stomach was grumbling with hunger so loud.

"Fine," I grumpily sat up, but when I looked up, they were all smiling at me, I also didn't realise that I was the only one still actually on the bed. Both Donna and Holly were sitting at the table, sipping their drinks.

I pulled on the dressing gown and walked to where they were sat.

"Pair of gits," I grumbled, making them laugh.

I tucked into the food like I hadn't eaten in months.

It was like a little afternoon tea. All different little sandwiches filled chicken, cheeses, and salads. A yummy-scrumptuous selection of cakes and fruit.

We sat talking and laughing, and if I'm honest, I needed this more than I realised, time with my girls.

"Come on, let's get in the hottub." Holly was always impatient, which made me laugh.

"Here," Donna says also laughing at Holly. She passes me a two-peice to slip into for the hottub. It wasn't something that I'd normally choose. It was hot pink, and in your face, my face must have given me away because Donna burst out laughing while slipping hers on, it was the same as mine, actually all of them were the same.

"they are spares that the spa has," Holly explains, trying not to laugh along with Donna. "At least none of you actually picked this." I roll my eyes and put it on.

"What do you want to do after?" Holly asked, but I already knew that I would be going to the office to get on top of the information we know. I feel like something important is in my face, but I'm totally missing it.

"I want to go over everything in the office," I say as we walk to the hottub.

They know what I'm talking about without going into specifics, especially around pack members, we don't want to start a panic in the pack unless it's absolutely necessary.

"Ok, we will come with you." Holly smiled. Three minds are better than one.

"I'm looking forward to a nice soak," Donna says, but I giggled "Not before me" I say as I'm about to step onto the step but she quickly holds my shoulder, stopping my movements and is stepping on the step ready to get in the hottub. "I had better get in first, especially as you had a longer lay down on the bed." She winks, and both her, and Holly bursts out laughing and while putting her leg into the hottub.

"AAAHHHH," Ear piercing screech hit me. 'What is it?' Veda growled on high alert.

What in the goddess.

I jumped out of my skin when Donna's scream hit my ears. I have no idea what is happening. Well, I didn't until she yanked her leg out of the hottub.

The skin was bubbling and melting away from her leg, all the way up to her mid-thigh. Where her leg had come in to contact with the water, it was burnt, blistering, and sizzling.

'GREYSON, IT'S DONNA GET TO THE SPA,' I shout through the link before my mind kicks into pace. 'WHAT HAPPENED??' he linked back, but I need to concentrate on Donna.

The omegas are all shaken. Holly is comforting Donna the best she can, "it's ok, honey, you will be ok," she kept repeating. and I'm trying to think straight.

"What is it?" Holly asked, confused as I looked more carefully at the water. There has to be something wrong with it because of how Donna's skin reacted.

"Get something to take a sample of this water. Who got it ready for us?" I asked the omegas, and they all looked as white as ghosts.

"We have all been in and out preparing for your visit," Wendy explained, but it doesn't pinpoint anything in particular or point us in the direction of who could have done this.

I was now back on the next to Donna, "I'm sorry, but we need to move you, we need to get you to the clinic" I say and my heart broke at the sight of my friend in tears and pain shaking her head no.

The door banged open, and Greyson burst in. Behind him is Gage, Austin, and Aiden.

All on high alert and searching for danger.

Greyson was beside me, looking at his hurt mate. "We need to get her to the clinic." I whisper, and Greyson nodded and spoke. "Baby, what happened? It's ok. I'm here." he gave her a quick kiss, and I could see his heartbreaking at the sight of his mate.

As soon as he picked her up, her screams were ear shattering. I'm engulfed in my mates arms, and my panic set in, tears streaming down my face, and as I looked up, Holly was sobbing in Gages arms too.

Greyson was gone when I looked back up, and warriors were stood ready for their Alphas orders.

"We need to go to the clinic," sadness swallows me. Looking at Holly, she feels it too.
