Chapter Two - Showing

Since the day Julie RavenWolf found out she was three weeks pregnant, she was happy and excited about her pregnancy that Alpha Roman Reed was the first to be told about the news by her. Then she shared the news with her best friend Carla Weaver who is also a witch-like Julie. Carla Weaver was so happy about the news too. They got to spend every moment throughout Julie’s pregnancy and coincidentally Carla too was pregnant by her husband Beta Elias Weaver who is best friends with Alpha Roman Reed and his Beta. Carla was two weeks pregnant, though and she did not want Beta Elias to know until she was showing. But little did you know, Beta Elias Weaver already knew about her pregnancy because of his ability to detect a human being in her womb.

“So when are you going to tell your husband about your pregnancy. I bet he already knows because werebears have a good sense of smell to detect living beings. Trust me, my husband knew about my child when he first met me,” said Julie who is three months pregnant now.

“You think he knows already? How can he be so cruel not to say anything to me,” asked Carla while rubbing Julie’s tummy?

“Maybe he wants to hear it from you first. He doesn’t want to spoil it for you. You know how men are. So respectful,” said Julie.

“I was waiting until I was three months but you’re right, I’ll let him know tonight,” said Carla.

Now that both Julie and Carla were finally showing, Julie persuaded Carla to share the news about her pregnancy. So Carla finally talked to Beta Elias about the news and of course he acted like he was surprised. Beta Elias was not cruel though. He told her the truth about knowing since the first day they conceived the child but he at least did not tell her the gender of the child, which is a boy.

 “I am so happy, Carla but just to be straight, I already knew about your pregnancy. It’s one of my abilities for being a werebear,” said Beta Elias.

“Thanks for spoiling the mood, Mr. Spoiler Alert. I didn’t know about this ability until Julie told me about it recently. I’m just glad you are very respectful about my decision though. That’s what I like about you. And if you know about the gender of this child please don’t tell me. I want to be a surprise when I give birth, ok,” said Carla.

“Yes, mam, I won’t say a thing, since I already know yours and Julie’s baby genders,” said Beta Elias while giving her a smirk.

“Oh dear, what is Julie having? I promise I won’t say a thing to her,” said Carla.

“Nope, sorry, I can’t say a thing. It was Alpha Roman’s request not to say a word,” said Beta Elias.

“What? So unfair, Elias, so unfair but I respect that,” said Carla while hugging Beta Elias.

Julie RavenWolf had also kept in touch with King Frederick Windsor as she promised. King Frederick felt bad that day when Julie came to look for Queen Elena Churchill and he took advantage of Julie. He was lost in love with Julie and he had to have her before she left out of the country. King asked for forgiveness and Julie forgave him. Julie let him know that in reality there was nothing to forgive because she had a liking in him too and Julie did not hesitate when they were first making out before the King took it to the next level. Julie did not regret losing her virginity to the King but she did feel bad keeping that a secret from the Queen who used to be her best friend. She misses her so much.

When Julie found out that the King is the father to her child, she didn’t hesitate about letting the King know about the news. Of course, the King was happy that she was having a child of his. After trying so many times with his Queen, they couldn’t conceive a child. The King himself was giving up on his Queen and wanted to take matters into his own hands. Hearing the news from Julie, the King felt complete. He finally has an heir or heiress to carry on the royal bloodline and role.

Then the King made Julie promise him to keep this secret from the Queen and his Kingdom. He doesn’t want the news to be spread around just yet. The King wants no harm to come to his child if they find out about it beforehand. He wants the child to be fully grown before he breaks the news to his Kingdom. The King also picked the name and wants the child to carry his last name, Windsor. If it’s a girl, he wants her to be Red Rose Windsor and if it’s a boy, he wants him to be Timothy Jones Windsor. The King wants his first child to carry on the heir or heiress. Even though the Queen might finally bear children from him, he still wants his first child to care for the role of Queen or King. For the Queen’s sake, the King asked Julie to keep it a secret in the meantime.

“King Frederick Windsor, I just love saying that name. I miss you. How is everything in your Kingdom coming along,” asked Julie?

“I miss you too, Julie RavenWolf. The last name suits you well even though you’re a witch. I could have made you a werewolf-like me but I took an oath to marry Elena Churchill. The Kingdom still stands and it’s growing. How’s my unborn baby doing, by the way? Do you know the gender yet,” asked King Frederik?

“Nope, sorry my King but you will not find out until the baby is born. I want it to be a surprise for me and for everyone else. I know the werebear knows already but I asked them to say not one word. So how is Elena doing? Any luck yet her pregnancy,” asked Julie?

“Sorry, she’s still having a hard time to bear children. I just found out she went to seek a new witch we have in town for some help in her pregnancy. It’s a risk to take but I’ll let her decided whether she wants the witches to help or not. I am just happy I will have my first child to carry on the role of Queen or King,” said King Frederick.

“I don’t know about that, Fred. I don’t want my child to take such a huge responsibility. I mean, what will people say that you had a child outside of marriage? I’m just too scared they will hurt my child,” said Julie.

“Let’s not think about the future, Julie, just focus on the present and everything will be alright. I’ll handle the Kingdom when the time comes. Do not worry about a thing. Focus on keeping our child healthy,” said King Frederick.

“Ok, Frederick. I have to go now. I have work to do. Goodbye,” said Julie before hanging up the phone.

“Goodbye, Julie. Take care,” said King Frederick waiting for Julie to end the call first.
