The fight

*Cassandra’s P.O.V.*

I woke up to Alpha Luke next to me. We walk towards my dads grave as I smell them. I then suddenly see them walking through the woods. I stiffen and growl as they get closer. “What’s wrong?” Damian asks. “Get behind me I am going to put a barrier around you two.” Thankfully Damian grabs Luke’s arm and pulls him behind me so I can put the barrier around them. I watch as they stay in the shadows, they’re vampires. I put a shield over the opening so we can talk without them getting hurt. “My name is Cassandra Williams Alpha of the Purple Falls pack I am not going to hurt you guys, my shield will protect y’all from the sun.” I say. The leader steps out. “It’s okay she means no harm.” I smile at them as they walk closer. “I am James the leader of our vampire clan.” “Nice to meet you James, I would live to sign an alliance.” “Yes Alpha Cassan…” I cut him off. “Call me Cassandra” “Okay Cassandra that sounds nice as you are a very strong wolf. I don’t mind the shield either.” We both laugh at that. “Okay well where should we set up?” I ask. “Meet me at my coven this Thursday, that’s in three days.” he replied. Before I can reply I jump in front of James as someone shoots silver aiming at him, then I kill the human that did this. “Cassandra!” I don’t know who shouts it. “It’s fine I’m fine.” I try to calm them down, then I take the bullet out of my shoulder. “Silver doesn’t hurt me. I am looking forward to see you Thursday James.” They walk off as I fly over my dad’s grave and make a teepee out of flowers. I then see an Axel hugging me and tackling me to the ground. “Get off of my Alpha.” Damian is such a good protector. “Damian, Axel is my mate.” With that he calms down and Luke and him go walking. “So Alpha?” “Yeah, I decided to help them out since they had nowhere to go.” Just as I was about to continue I feel a burning sensation in my stomach and crawling up my arms. I shift to try to make the pain ease up but I howl instead. “Damian something is happening to the pack.” I mind-link Damian as I turn and run towards the pack Damian, Axel and Luke follow me as well. As we get there I see Will laying on the ground, I then shift. “Will, can you hear me what happened?” He doesn’t make a sound but I can sense his heart beating. I then put my hands on his chest and give him life. It’s one of my many powers. He then shoots up. “Alpha they got the girls.” I see red as I say “Stay here with everyone else and Damian get those two home” I growled. I ran off into the woods where I smell my beta and third’s mates. They are very close friends of mine. I then get to a place where their scent is strong, It’s a cottage. “Come out with the girls or I’ll tear the whole place down.” Then four guys came out with Alexis and Jennifer. “What if we kill them before you get to us instead.” I then use my powers to distance the girls from them and send them in a protective floating barrier home. “You’ll have to go through me first.” I smirk at them. They lunge a knife into my side as I take it out and stand him in the head as his skull cracked open. The next one chokes me out from behind while the other two take turns punching my stomach. I then kick the two who were punching me and jammed my fist into the other ones face. I try to catch a breath as I can now breathe as they all jump onto me with knives. They make the knives go deep enough the edges get stuck on my bones. I yelled out in pain and knock them off. Why are they so strong? I then dodge the next hit and take one to the face. That’s going to bruise. I kick two of them which knocks them unconscious and I snap their necks to only have one left to go. I turn around to start fighting him, but he stabbed my heart. Ouch that hurts. Then snap his head and start running towards the pack house. I start yelling as I get closer. “I need help, please I need.. Hel.p.” I fell over and that was the last thing I remember.
