We set out on the journey home. I was excited. I could hardly contain myself. I was just fûcking happy. What can I say? I was on cloud nine. My girl went quiet on me after a few minutes. I figured it was because she was tired from our little play session earlier, but when she grabbed my thigh and I looked at her, she was scared, "Are you ok?" I asked concerned what's got her so worried.

I checked my mirrors, making sure we were clear, and I was relieved to know we were indeed alone on the road. "What's wrong?" I asked her." When she doesn't answer, I take her hand, kissing it, and she tells me she is worried she is bringing danger to my home and family. I can see why she's worried. It's not every day you find yourself beat up, left for dead and don't know your own name. I assure her it will be alright, and I won't leave her alone.

She nods at me, sighing. She lays her head on my shoulder, closing her eyes. It was not long before we got there as I turned down the road leading to the farmhouse. When I wake her up, she shoots up like her hair is on fire, eyes darting around. I told her we were almost there. She breathes out relaxing, and then she gets that look she had earlier. I squeezed her hand to comfort her. I said, "Bambi, just be yourself. Everyone will adore you," kissing her softly before we reached the house where my parents are and all my damn siblings. "What the hell, Ma?" I parked and shut the old girl off.

I looked at Bambi and smiled. I opened the door, offering my hand to help her down. I whispered to her to "calm down and breathe. We won't be here for long." As soon as she stepped out and took my hand, we walked 3 steps. When. Ma was off the porch. "Oh my dear boy, I'm so glad you're home." Wrapping herself around me, I hugged her back. "Hey ma, I missed you. It's good to be home." She pulls away, smiling brightly, looks around me to see destiny,she says,"Hello dear, no need to be shy come. We are all family after all," grabbing hold of destinys hand, she got one of Ma's famous hugs, I watched her go from scared to calm to tears in her eyes.

I take a step closer, wanting to comfort her, but everyone takes this time to come say hi I push my way to get by her side as she is passed from ma to misty to dad, then the boys, and I'm shooting stink eyes at them to back the fûck off! Watching them while they watch her is pissing me off. Dad comes over, smacking me on the back he said," Go to her son.They will know she's off limits." I looked at him, and he just smiled, patting my shoulder.

He gently pushes me to go, and I do. I couldn't hold off anymore anyway I needed to touch her. I went right to her, wrapped my arms around her, placed a kiss on her neck, and breathed her in deeply. She giggles and looks up. "What are you doing?" she asks. I whisper" I came to rescue you." "Yeah?" she asked me." Can I take you home now? please" I ask. She nods her head yes, "I'd like that! " Ma came back right as I released my hold on her, saying,"Oh dear, I have something for you. When William told me what had happened, I had to try and help get any information I could for you and, well, with the missing person poster, it gave us a place to start, so I made some calls and I found this for you dear". She hands Bambi a sheet of paper with names and phone numbers written on it.

I gave one of my famous "What the Hell Ma" looks. But Ma just kept talking not noticing my irritation.

I was slowly pulling her away needing her alone I finaly stopped ma and said "She needs more rest Ma she's still healing" and then asked if her Doc Ford called she said," yes of course take her home to rest, and he will be here at 4pm to check her out." "Thank you, Ma!" I tell her I'm pleased with that and take her hand leading her to the truck I can't help the possessive rage bubbling inside we don't know who did this to her and I can't allow harm to come to her as soon as we are away from the farm house I breathe out hearing destiny talk I turn to her as she asks "what's wrong Will did I upset you?" Well damn now I feel like shît. I answer her immediately taking her hand I pull her closer she moves across the seat and leans on me, "No Bambi I'm not upset with you at all I'm just a bit irritated with my family is all! It's nothing you did, baby. " I could feel her watching me as I made my way to my home.

I looked at her and saw her scared face instantly feel like s**t my anger got the best of me, and I scared her more thinking I was upset at her shît! turning into my driveway I take her hand and bring it to my lips leaving featherlight kisses across her knuckles.

I park turning the truck off I tell her "I'm sorry if I scared you I was mad at the thought of someone being after you and if you call them from that damn list Ma made I know she was helping but dâmnit I'm worried Bambi and I don't know what the hell you did to me, but I have no control over the feelings I have " and I can feel myself fûcking blushing...damn it.

I turn away, but I am stopped from even thinking when I feel her climb in to my lap wrapping her arms around me and hugging me tight to her, burying her face in my neck I hug her back just as hard warring with my emotions I can't say a damn thing with all the emotion rising like bile in my throat she whispers to me "Thank you so much William you won't ever know how grateful I am to you, I'd be dead or trapped somewhere I don't want to be if you weren't here" she kisses my lips with such fierce passion that hot heat spread into my entire being my c**k grows hard in my jeans, and I'm sure she can feel it when she grinds down moaning into the kiss, and she does it again, and I moan out at how good it feels holding her hips in place I break the kiss putting my forehead on hers catching our breath.

Offering her my hand, she gave me her smaller one. I help her out and lead her up the steps to the door unlocking it I open the door leading her inside I tell her," it's not the farm house, but it's mine with some room to grow." smiling at her reaction wide eyes mouth agape she whispers "Wow!" I chuckle and pull her along showing her the rest of the house and where we will be sleeping I asked if she was hungry she nodded, and I led her to the kitchen having her sit on the island stools I get the stuff out to make sandwiches she just watches me after putting everything away.

I bring our plates over and sit with her, "How are you feeling?" I ask, she replied she was feeling good but tired, so I told her,"After you eat, you can take a bath and a nap before doc Ford comes at 4 this afternoon if you want!" smiling at me "I would love a bath, but I'll will see about a nap later" we ate our food I clean up and tell her I had my sister bring some warm clothes over, so she can wear them if she needs but I also have a coat for when night falls it gets cold at night and early morning here, and I'll have to pick up a few of my duties in the morning" I led her to the bedroom and showed her where the closet was and told her to help herself, and I'll go grab her bag and leave it on the bed for her, I showed her the water controls for the tub and kissed her briefly then left her to enjoy her bath.

Running out to the truck, I opened the back and started unloading everything, taking her bag up to the bed. I could hear the water running knocking. I asked if she was OK and let her know her bag was in there, closing the door. I went and got busy unloading the rest of the truck, waiting for her to finish her bath. I decided to use the guest bath to shower getting my clothes. I trim up my beard and jump in the shower. I wash my hair and body and get out. Once I'm dressed, I will see what we can do until the doctor arrives..
