Chapter 2 Bella's Idea.

"Bella, you promised after college we would vet married, and now... You just think about yourself, why..."

I was so angry at Bella.

I ran my hands through my hair trying to make sense of what's going on in Bella's head.

We have been together since middle school and she promised to get married after college, yet today she told me she is leaving for England to go and study for another 4 years...

God damit.

She isn't the only one in this relationship.

Bella wasn't always like this, she was kind and considered to everyone and she never put her happiness above anyone else.

But since she started college she changed, like she started to care more about her own life than our relationship.

She came up behind me and wrapped her arms around my waist.

"Xavier, please understand, im 22 and I am not ready to play the good wife yet, but I promise give me 4 years and no matter what I wil definitely marry you, I love you okay..."

I listened to her and I know she is right but I am so scared that if she leaves she won't come back.

I turn around and hug her tightly.

" Bella, I understand but... You know my family won't, as I told you, my father has already found a girl who he wants me to marry... Can you not just..."

She pulled away.

"So... Just marry her, make your family happy... After I come home you can divorce and marry me, I know you love only me so I am sure you won't even look at her, it will all be just on paper..."

I listen to her and I am completely shocked.

She is so hell bent on going to England that even if I was getting married to someone else she wasn't going to stay.

I felt so sad, and upset, disappointed wasn't even a word at that moment.

She turned around and handed me an envelope.

I opened it.

MARRIAGE CONTRACT

I read through it and saw she had already stipulated 10 condition of the marriage.

How calculated this woman was.

I felt like she wasn't my Bella.

I look at her and she just took her bag and walked out of my office.

I throw the document on the table and cursed out loud.

"God Damit!!!!...."

I went to my father's office and he informed me that I was getting married on Friday.

I looked at him in disbelief.

He showed me the picture of a young girl.

She was maybe 16-17 years old.

I looked at the picture and to my surprise she was very very Beautiful.

She had dark Brown hair, fair skin and a radiant smile.

Her eyes are big and rounded, her lips a beautiful Peach color.

She was like those models you see on tv.

I placed the pictures on his desk.

"Dad, please... Bella..."

He stopped me in my tracks.

"Xavier... If Bella loved you even a single drop as much as you loved her, she would not have left, and if you think I don't know about the contract her father pulled up for the two of you, in regards to your marriage with Mr Yia daughter, your a fool... Can't you see that this father and daughter is playing you... I hope... I really hope you can forget the contact and just give This young girl a chance, she isn't like Bella, and she won't ever do the things Bella is doing... Please... "

I can't believe my ears he even knows about the contract.

I started to think he knew alot more about Bella and her family than what he is letting on.

" dad, I can't... Please if you force me to marry that... That child... And don't say she isn't a child, i can see she is not even 18 from the picture, than I will go ahead and make her sign the contract, because it's the right thing to do, because not only will I never love her I will marry Bella the minute she returns."

My father didn't say anything he just sighed and turned his back on me.

I walked oit of his office and knew I needed to meet this girl, women whatever you can call her and try to change her mind if nit than she must sign the contract.

I set up a meeting with her at a coffee shop.

I walked in and the minute I saw her I was in awe.

She was wearing a beautiful flower print dress with light blue flowers, her hair was pulled away from her face and lightly tied on her neck.

She wasn't wearing any makeup.

Her skin was really very clear.

When she looked at me her beautiful eyes memorized me.

I suddenly felt a weird sensation in my chest.

My heart was raising.

O god what am I doing.

I cleared my my and sat across from her.

A scent of Lillies washed over me.

It was hers.

She looked great and even smells great.

I had to control my heart and mind.

Yes this was just a business deal.

I took out the document and placed them in front of her.

Her eyes didn't show any reaction.

So I proceeded to tell her the truth.

I can't hurt her for my own gain, it's wrong.

She just smiled softly as i spoke my eyes stayed on her lips.

What would they taste like?

I suddenly felt hot.

I need to end this soon.

She read the document and added one last condition.

I was so surprised I literally laughed out in nervousness.

But she luckily didn't notice.

Instead she just smiled and sighed the contact, I was shocked.

She just gave away all her freedom just like that to me, a complete stranger.

And I know her family is very well-known amd well off so this can't be for money.

I looked at the document and signed it as well.

The minutes I had the chance I literally fled from there.

I somehow felt that the last stipulation was something that was going to come back and bite me in the ass later.

The rest of the week I helped Bella pack and finally sent her to the airport on Friday evening.

I had gone to the wedding and done all the officials ceremony and made the excuse of having a urgent meeting.

Juts to be able to see Bella off.

As i watcher her leave my phone rang.

"Xavier, its time to take your bride home"

Came my father's voice.

I can't imagine what's my life id going to be like now.

I didn't want to leave just yet.

I wasn't ready.

So I called the driver and sent him yo take her and take her to my home.

I spent the next 3 hours walking along the beach.

I felt emty.

I was to scared to go home.

I knew she was going to be there.

But soon Mrs Noona Called me.

She said JaiXai had arrived and gone to sleep.

I was surprised.

Should she not have waited for her groom to return.

After all tonight was our first night of marriage.

This made my heart race.

What was happening.

I never thought these things about any woman besides Bella.

I smacked my head and grunting out loud made myself a promise.

I wont fall in love with Jai Xia...

Never.

I drove home.

As I entered I saw on the clock it was already past midnight.

I placed my keys on the table and went upstairs.

As I walked into the hallway I could smell the Lillies in the air.

She just arrived in my home yet her scent already took over everything.

I walked past my room all the way to her room at the end off the hallway.

I opened the door softly to see a beautiful face still in her wedding dress laying on the bed, fast asleep.

She was honestly even more beautiful with this dress on.

I felt my heart stir again.

I turned around closed the door and went to my room.

I sat on my bed.

Looking around my room I saw mine and Bella's pictures all over.

She wasn't here anymore.

And soon I had to accept this.

I took a shower and went to bed.

It was the beginning of a very long marriage marathon!
