14 : Wolf riding

Hiding wasn't my best talent as Noah made me stay put behind the bushes near my apartment building. He went to check if there are any intruders waiting for us. For a second it got quiet and when I peeked through the green leaves and brown thorns, I didn't see him anywhere.

My heart stopped at that when I checked my surroundings and realized that I'm alone in this hour of the night.

"Noah?" I tried whispering, my voice already trembling from fear.

He wouldn't actually leave me here, all alone right?

When there was danger and possible killers on our trail, I shouldn't even think that but the thought gave me chills anyway.

When minutes ticked by, I tried to get up from my hiding spot because if he really did leave me, I couldn't wait to be killed or worse so when I started to stand up, a hand covered my mouth and a body pressed me down and stopped me for doing that.

"What did I said, kitten? Stay. Put. " gritting his teeth against my ear, I sensed his anger but knowing it is my wolf, I melted in his arms with relief in my chest.

I forced myself to turn my head to face him when he removed his hand from mouth and was met with two striking golden eyes with narrowed eyebrows.

"I thought you left me," I still trembled in his hold.

His body stiffened hearing my words and from the fear filled tone I used on him. His hold immediately tightened when he sharply inhaled and pressed his forehead against mine.

"You need to trust me for what I said that I will protect you till the day I die. If so much a hair strand will be lost because of my enemies, I will kill them all, do you hear me, little mate? You can't get rid of me that fast. Now, come, we need to hurry," making a vow, I gasp from the insensitivity of his words as he grabs me so we can stand up.

"Everything is clear for now but not for long. If we don't hurry and don't make it to my borders where my pack is, we are doomed. I can easily kill them but with you on my watch, I can't risk that chance," the man looks around for a second and when he is satisfied, turns his dark gaze on me, " Do you trust me?"

I bite my lip watching him, his clear confidence and determination on full display but some pleading is there too, he needs me to trust him so he can proceed our next move.

"Yes, " I finally answer and actually believing it myself. Somehow this man who was in my dreams as a wolf has woken up some deep feelings for him and I feel really safe with him.

The sudden relief and surprise on his face can't not be missed as he smiles at me.

Yeah, he is really beautiful like that.

"Get ready then, we will need full speed on this trip," before I can ask him what that means, he is five steps back from me and removing his clothes as he goes. I can't even take my eyes off from the shock as he takes off his jeans, his cloak and everything else, including his underwear.

My gasp only takes a second to recover from making a sound as I see him fully naked but the next thing I know is more shocking than before. He bends over and I hear his bones snap as his face changes into a big longer snout of a wolf and from his human skin comes big thick black and white fur. A minute later before me stands proud and big wolf, more bigger than regular wolf. He howls at the sky and his golden eyes land on me before his paws steps forward.

I almost trip from the sudden fear, not knowing if it is Noah in that wolf body.

"Noah, do you understand me?" I try not to back up as the animal gets closer and growls softly. I close my eyes fearing that the wolf will eat me anyway and If I could run, I know he will catch me.

A wet nose touches my hand and my eyes snap open. The wolf is in front of me, so close that I feel his warmth. Nudging my stomach with his big snout, I can't but gasp and giggle from the sudden action.

Why I thought he will eat me? I must me crazy.

"You're so cute!" I whisper and see him snort but I can't miss his tail wagging in happiness as I dare to scratch him behind his ears.

I can't lie, he looks fearsome and so scary as a wolf with those golden orbs watching me and those sharp teeth he has? I would run away if I wouldn't know he is Noah, the man who saved me so I see him looking really adorable to me, like a puppy who wants love from his master.

The wolf turns around and lays down on the ground and when I watch him with confusion, his big wolf head turns around to face me giving me a soft growl. When I realize what he is up to, I make an 'O' with my mouth and point at him.

"OH! Do you want me to - to get on top of you?"

If wolves could make a human expression of annoyance and an eye roll, it would be like this as he growls again like he is done for.

Blushing from embarrassment, I step closer to the animal," You want me to ride on your back?" Squeaking about that image and danger I could be in, his eyes flash in a warning and I don't second guess myself as I touch his fur with my hands for support and straddle his warm body. He doesn't even wait for me to adjust as he stands up and takes running.

Screaming from the sudden speed and movement, I latch into his fur harder so I don't fall down and lean my body closer to his as he keeps running through the park and goes to the main road.

There is no people around or those killers who shot my apartment so it was no big deal that a big wolf with a girl on its back is running somewhere late at night, completely in the dark.

"I really hope you know where you're going," I whisper against his fur and he howls again.

I guess that is my answer.

Almost eternity later when we got out of the woods with creepy sounds, we made a stop before a big Iron gate. Laying down again so I can get off from his back, my legs were shaking as I watched the wolf change back to his human body. It was looking painful but nothing prepared for me to see his God like body again as Noah straightened up in his full height and flexed his abs as his eyes landed on me again.

My traitor eyes of course looked down at his crotch and I saw his long member just hanging there but the longer I stared, it grew bigger.

"Eyes up here, baby girl," the growl has me coming back and I sense him smirking at the end as I snap my eyes back to his and watch him go to the side of the gate and remove a big rock from the side wall, shoving his hands into some hole. Taking some pile of clothes from it, Noah pulls up new underwear, pants and boots, for my disappointment he even changes into a new shirt, making his muscular form looking more bigger.

I can't even believe that I looked all the way through. That is so rude of me!

Going to the gate again, he finds a keypad and entering some numbers in it, the gate gives away and opens for us slowly.

I just stand there with my mouth open, not knowing where I have gotten myself into as the gorgeous man looks back at me, extending his hand towards me.

"You coming?"

I gulp and look beyond the gate, trying to see what is behind of it, not knowing if I'm really doing this? Do I trust him enough to allow myself to be lead by him in his den and he can do whatever he wants with me? Do I trust myself?

It was much brighter now and I could see better. We still were near the woods but this was more comfortable for me as I gazed at the big gate, not knowing what is waiting for me there but I nodded anyway, going forward until I was inches from Noah's body.

He let me process this as he silently watched me with his palm out for me to take. My head lifting, I looked into his beautiful eyes and his mouth curved in a small grin.

"You coming or you think of the ways how to escape, little one?"

At that, I glared and took a hold of his hand. I wanted to challenge him and give him his own medicine that no one can mess with me but Noah had better ideas. Pulling me closer so our bodies are against each other, he leaned down so his lips brush against my ear.

"I can't wait to have fun with you, finally you are mine," Not giving me even the slightest chance to respond to that as I gasp from that meaning, he pulls me through the gate to his world.

What possibly can go wrong now?
