Few hours earlier.
Lucas jumped up from the bed. He was seeing a figure standing over him and he couldn't deduce who it was. He gasped as he stared closely at the unmoved invader.
"The Great Witch" he exhaled weakly and fell back on the bed. "You scared me" he muttered.
"Are you still getting scared? You need to get over that. A leader of this house fears no one" Sonya strolled to a chair and took her seat.
"You didn't even care if I'm n***d. You just barged in here and stood over me" he complained.
"What if you are n***d?" she chuckled dryly. "I've washed you countless times when you are a baby. I am even older than your mother" she reprimanded him.
"Why are you here?" he asked.
"I see something. Something bad" she sprang up from the chair and walked back to his side. "I see your death" she let out loud breaths.
"I thought your duty is to protect me. And that is very different from what you are doing right now" he didn't take her serious.
"My job is to protect the Alpha, not the Alpha to be. Not until you are declared as the true lord of this house will that become my duty. What I am doing now is to help you protect yourself until then" she said sternly.
"My proclamation is in few days. You have no choice" he chuckled.
"I see your death. You should be careful if you want to see those next few days" she warned.
"If you see my death, then avert it" he stood up to her face and walked past her after the harsh statement.
"There is this girl with butterfly tattoo. She was standing over you with blood stained dagger" she said without turning to face him.
Lucas' attention was caught. He slowly walked back to her.
"The blood so thick that it dripped onto your body. You are on your back on the floor in this very house. You are helpless, at her mercy" she continued.
"And why am I not fighting back?" he asked smiling subtly. He wouldn't believe he would surrender to a girl because she was holding a blood stained dagger. "Are my hands bound?" he asked sarcastically.
"No. But you are too weak. Weak enough for me to feel your helplessness. Your heart was in fear. You were afraid. Then there was a series of loud thunder" she said intensely.
"Thanks. But that can't happen to me. You should revisit your vision or find a way to view it from another perspective" he mocked her.
"I've been doing this before you were born and I've always been accurate and right now I'm sure I am" she retorted angrily.
"The Great Witch. You are ageing. No offense" he snorted.
"If you want to live" Sonya shouted before he could finish his words that was obviously hurting her. "Whenever, wherever you find this girl. Kill her. If you don't. This vision will come to pass" she groaned hard.
"Now you are talking. Butterfly tattoo? Where does she have it? On her hand, neck, leg?" he inquired.
"I don't know. Just look out for the butterfly tattoo and kill her right away once you find her. I'm sure she is not in this house yet" she explained.
"You don't know? Thought you said your visions are always accurate" he moaned and turned away.
"Lucas!" Sonya called him with severity. She must have been angered by his comment. "Do not underestimate me or what I tell you. The last man that did that didn't live to tell the story. Don't be another one" she breathed heavily.
"I heard what you said. I will kill everyone, not even only girls. Everyone with butterfly tattoos" he promised.
"You have to. Don't die before your proclamation" she receded.
Lucas nodded his head. He would kill anyone he found with the tattoo. That wouldn't be hard for him.
"You said she is not in the House yet?" he asked for certainty.
"I'm sure she isn't. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't kill her on the spot wherever you find her. That is your only key to live long" she stated again.
"There is something I was expecting you to see other than that" he was already tired of the unbelievable vision she was whining about.
Sonya closed her eyes. She inhaled and exhaled continuously. She opened back her eyes.
"There is no problem" she muttered.
"No problem about what?" Lucas asked immediately.
"About where you are planning to go, alone. There is no problem" she repeated.
"Really?" his face beamed with smile. "Don't you think it is dangerous?" he asked to get more words from her. He had expected her to fault his plan to go out alone.
"I just told you there is no problem. There might be a little brawl anyway but it will turn out good in the end" she asserted.
"Little brawl? What exactly do you see?" he asked curiously.
"This is not about seeing, it is more about feeling. Vision are for more dangerous looming events" she broke it down for him.
"I want to know more about this little brawl" he insisted.
"As an Alpha, it is nothing to worry about" she assured him. "It is just over some sort of prize. You will fight confidently and win it. You will think it's valueless but later you will be very happy to earn it. Happy ending" Sonya smiled.
"Then, I should be on my way!" Lucas exclaimed happily. He skidded to his wardrobe.
He had planned to have some time alone out of the house. He never expected it to be eventful as Sonya just revealed.
"I see you are happy" Sonya said slowly.
"Shouldn't I be?" he asked without looking at her.
"You should" she paused. "Don't forget the butterfly tattoo" she repeated her warning.
"Please, Sonya!" Lucas yelled at her. He couldn't take the warning anymore. "It's time to go" he pointed to the door for her.
"Of course, but the butterfly girl must be killed" she said again, annoyingly and moved out of the room.
