“Evelyn?” I asked.
It was impossible. I know I had my doubts but how was she able to involve the underworld in this? She wasn’t capable of it. No way!
But why would he lie and more importantly, how does he even know about her?
“Yes, Evelyn—sister of your girl.” He leaned back in his couch staring at me.
“At first, I was shocked why she wanted that but it wasn’t hard to figure out when I knew that the other girl was related to you. You both looked great together by the way.” He said nonchalantly making me frown.
“How do you know?” I asked as he seemed pleased.
“Oh! We were there in Singapore watching you three. The plan was to kidnap her there and use her to lure you but then it changed because of that son of a bi**h!” he seethed in anger.
