Twin Wolves

Chapter 8: Healing The Wolf.

It's been 4 days sense we started with vitamins, protein, and exercise. We have been pumping vitamins and protein around the clock. I am starting to feel stronger now and so is my wolf. Then we'll be stronger than ever.

There is suddenly a commotion out in the hospital lobby. I jumped from my bed. I go to the door and peek out of the door. I don't open it too far as I don't want to be spotted. I can't shift and I definitely can't fight. All I can do is go out my window and mind link the warriors and the guys.

"There's an attack going on right now in the pack hospital get here quick. I can't get out damn windows don't open. I can't break it either, not that strong. They are coming closer to my room. The nurses and doctors can't keep them back for much longer." I mind link the whole pack. Opps but I guess if there is someone in the pack close enough, they can get here faster than the rest.

"On our way. Get away from your window. The gamma is coming to get you out." Says Zayran and Jasper at the same time.

The fighting intensifies and then there is a very quickly. There is a knock on my window. I back up the window shattered extremely quietly so no one heard it but my gamma and me.

"Come on my Luna let's get you to safety. Hurry up. There are attacks all over the pack these people are definitely looking for someone." He says holding his hands out to me. I Take his hands and he carefully help me out of the hospital window.

We start off on a nice slow jog.

Let me take over. We need to shift and get out of here quicker than they are looking for you.

What about the twins?

They will be fine we are still in the safe window for shifting. I'm strong enough and fast enough.

Ok fine. I say and let her take over.

"I need to shift my human form is too weak to escape." I say to my gamma in mid jump when I land on the ground I am in my pretty white wolf. My gamma also shifted to help protect me.

As we run, some of the pack is gathering around us to help mask the scents. One of the pack members jumps up in human form and sprays my wolf and my gamma's wolf with scent masker. I know exactly where to go now that no one can track us.

"Everyone goes protect the pack except for my gamma. Go now. Lyndy, you and your gamma know where to meet us right?" I say through the pack link and then just to Lyndy through the link.

"Yes, we are trying to get there now but there is fighting all around us. It's difficult to get through." She says almost stressed.

"We are on our way Lyndy hang in there." I say looking at my gamma who nods and leads the way to Lyndy.

When we make it to Lyndy her and her gamma are surrounded by rogues. I look at my gamma who is looking horrified at his mate who is Lyndy's gamma. I give him a nudge with my nose to get him to focus on the task.

"Ok guys we have to work together they don't know we are here, so we are going to help you out of there. Alice, I need you to keep the side in front of you focused on you. Lyndy, I need you to do the same. Once they are well distracted, we are going to start taking them out 1 by 1 on each side." I say in an almost convincing voice. It's now or never. I’ll protect my pups Lyndy let your wolf take over and you protect your pups too.

Just as they start to get distracted, I jump onto the first one and clamp down on its neck. The body hit's the floor just as. Jarred takes down one on the other side. I quickly go and hide behind a tree so then they can't find me or know what happened.

"Keep them distracted. We must keep going if we are going to get where we are supposed to be." I say as an order this time. I know them too well I know they would get distracted by the falling bodies. So, they must keep them occupied. They all just nod.

We keep up with this process until they are all dead. "All right less go. We must get out of the open. We need to mask your guys scents." I say as we make our way there was a pack member already in human form and he masked their scents for them.

We get to Luna’s secret hiding place. Lyndy and I shift my wolf needs to rest only thing is she says my human form won't let me shift back if I shift to human again. I mean I could always ride Jasper. Or have him pull me back there's rope here and large things that would work for that. "Lyndy what do I do? My human is too weak, but my wolf should rest."

"Change into your human form. The guys will carry us they know our wolf's are tired." She says as she finally finished her mind link to the guys.

"Ok. I'll shift." I speak. I'm so Glad that there are clothes here and beds for us to rest. I put on some clothes and felt like I needed a nap, so I lay down.

"Get some sleep our Luna's we'll keep watch and wake you when the Alphas get here." Alice and Jarred say together as they are holding each other. The Alpha's will come with their Beta's as their job is to protect their Alpha's. Hints why their mates have beat them here as they have no one to protect.

"Ok but if they aren't here by morning, you guys will need to get some rest as well." I say looking at them as I lay there.

"Yes Luna's. But hopefully they will be here before morning." They say turning back towards the door waiting for any sign of danger.
