(Lena's POV).  The training court was silent when I arrived, the usual buzz of activity missing. I stood at the edge of the court for a moment, my gaze scanning the empty space. My heartbeat quickened, not just from the anticipation of the training, but also from the lingering, bitter sting of my last argument with Lucas. The words we exchanged echoed in my mind, each one more painful than the last. I had hoped things would be different today. That maybe time would ease the tension, that things could go back to how they were before, but something deep inside me told me it wouldn’t be that easy. He had pushed me away, and now I had to face the consequences. I swallowed hard, forcing myself to push past the hurt. I needed to train. I needed to be ready for the competition. Lucas
