"Um… Doc, for the past two days, they’ve refused to eat anything I give them. They only feed on breast milk."
"Okay, let’s see what the problem is. Can you please sit them down on the bed?" the doctor said.
He examined them, checking their mouths and tongues.
"I’m done. You can put them down. Do you still breastfeed them?" he asked.
"Yes, Doc."
"Good. It’s nothing serious. It’s normal for every child. Sometimes they lose their appetite and just don’t feel like eating. It’s normal. That’s why they rely more on breast milk during those times. It’s good that you’re still breastfeeding them. They’ll eat when they feel like it."
"You can also try changing their food. Give them different options, and include lots of fruits and vegetables too."
