It has been a crazy month, but we nearly have everything sorted for our trip and managed to do it without completely breaking the bank. It has helped with Brooke moving in here with me. We have saved what we can, but we still have a little time to save some more. Our parents told us if we needed more, they could give it to us. We don’t want to do that, though.
Our first stop is Ireland for a few days, then we fly to France for a few days—Germany, Italy, Iceland and so forth. Brooke being the control freak she is has everything written down. Places, dates, hotels, flights, etc.…but it is probably a good thing because there is a lot to remember.
Brooke’s job will be waiting for her when she comes back. Mine won’t because they need to replace me, but it is okay. I will work somethin
