Waking up to find Kiko staring intently at her face was the last thing Lucy expected to wake up to. She never thought she would start her morning that way and she was doubly shocked to see that Ida was already in her room to prepare her outfit for the day.
"I told you not to wake her up," Lucy heard Ida's voice while she was still in her groggy state. She looked up at the ceiling as Kiko smiled and talked back to Ida.
"I didn't do anything. She woke up as soon as I sat down," was what Kiko said. Lucy turned her head to see that Kiko was seated in a chair beside the bed. She brought her hand up from underneath the bed covers and rested it on her forehead.
