Rosalie and Layla returned to the breakfast room. Layla had gotten more from her visit than she ever thought she would. She would be heading out early in the afternoon so that she would arrive at the castle in the north before the day would end. Before then, there was one more thing she had to do. Apart from deeply considering the new discovery, there was more that Layla had to do and she preferred to do it immediately before she would leave.
She finished breakfast with Rosali and once there was only an hour left before it would strike afternoon, she called her to the garden where they sat down on a bench by the pond.
