We finally arrived at the cabins. It was a quit drive. Everyone was too nervous to talk. The only noise in our car was the sound of Ember yelling out in pain. Every second Xavier was with the trolls was another second his life was in danger. Not to mention all of ours.
We arrived at the cabins and unloaded our bags. We would be leaving them behind, only taking what we needed. The decision was made that it would be faster if we traveled in our animal forms. I was curious to see which form Ember would take. I secretly hoped she would choose her bear, but that was just because I was selfish and wanted time with my mate. I'm sure Rex and Victor felt the same way.
