CHAPTER SIX PART THREE

Aria answered, "You can't till this court is all over, okay."

Tonya said "okay," and then she began crying and Aria went over to her and hugged her and said "everything will be okay. I promise." They got done and they went back into the kitchen. Everybody was looking at Tonya and Aria. Mr. Dodger said "Aria, you can stay here with your little sister till you get a place by yourself with your sister."

Aria said " Thank you Mr. Dodger but until Jack is put in jail. It would make you guys a target. Jack wants me and not you or my little sister. So that is why I'm not staying here, because I don't want you guys to get hurt."

Toby said, "You won't put us in danger." Aria just remembered and she hopped out of her chair and said " Oh my. I forgot. I will be right back."

Toby asked "where are you going?"

Aria answered "to get Tonya's and my clothes from my mom's house."

Toby said "you can't go by yourself." Aria ran to her car and said "honey, I have to go. I'm the only one that can get in and out without anybody seeing me. Okay. I will be fine, I promise." Then she got into her car and started it up. Toby looked at her and said "please, let me go with you, Aria." Aria shook her head no and said "I can't let you get hurt. And I want you to stay safe, okay." Toby nodded his head, yes, and then she backed up. She headed to her mother's house. Aria parked her car a block up from her mother's house. She went into her house by her window. Aria grabbed a garbage bag and got all of Tonya's clothes and most of her clothes. She heard a noise coming from the driveway. So she looked out the window and saw her mom and Jack in the car coming home from a date. Aria closed the window and was watching till the coast was clear. Then she went out of the window. She was out and climbing down the ladder. Jack went into her room and saw the top of her head going down. Jack went to the window.

Jack screamed "I'm going to get you Aria!" Aria looked up and saw him climbing down, so she got down and ran to her car. Jack ran after her. She got into her car and locked the doors. Jack got up to the car and tried to get in. She got it started. He smashed her back window with a rock and she drove off. Aria turned around and he was walking back and he picked up a rock and threw it at her car but he missed. She got back to town and went to Toby's parent's house. Toby ran to her. Toby saw the window and asked "Aria, did he touch you?" Aria shook her head no and got out and Aria grabbed the clothes. Tonya came running to her and then just hugged her. Toby hugged them both.They were hugging Aria so tightly. Aria said "okay, okay, you're squeezing me, and I can't breathe." So they both stopped hugging her. Aria handed Tonya the bag of clothes. Tonya hugged her. Toby realized that the day after tomorrow was the court date and he rubbed her back to keep her calm. Toby said " Will you please stay here with me, your little sister, and my family?"

Aria said " Fine, I will. But I have to get the stuff from the motel."

Toby said " OK, call me when you get there, OK." Aria nodded her head yes and asked, "What about your car? Can't you come with me?"

Toby said "oh yeah. Let me go tell my parents. Then we can go. Okay." Aria nodded her head, yes, and then he went inside his house. Aria went to her wallet to see how much money she spent on Tonya to get her school stuff. Then she saw a picture of her dad in her wallet. She closed her wallet and put her wallet back into her pocket. Toby came back out and saw her face. They went back to the motel. They got their stuff. Toby looked at her and she was packing and she was sad. Toby grabbed her hand and pulled her closer to him. After twenty minutes, he finally let her go. They finished packing. Aria zipped up her bag and then paused. Toby paused as well. Aria looked behind her at Toby. Toby also looked behind him and looked at Aria. Aria turned around and went over to Toby and started kissing him. Toby started kissing her back. Toby stopped because he thought she wasn't ready. Aria asked "Toby, what's wrong?"

Toby replied "I don't know if you want what I want. So that is why I stopped."

Aria asked "what do you want?"

Toby answered "I want you. All of you."

Aria said "so you want me. Huh?"

Toby answered " Yes I do, more than anything."

Aria said "then, why did you stop..." Aria smiled.

Toby said "are you sure? Because I don't want to make you do anything you don't want to." Aria nodded her head yes and said "I'm sure as long as you have protection."

Toby said " Yes I do, but don't do this for me."

Aria said "I would be lying if I told you I was not doing this for you because I am. But I'm also doing this for myself. And plus, I want you too."

Toby said "are you really sure, Aria?" Aria nodded her head yes and then went closer to him. Toby started kissing her. Aria started kissing him back. Then Aria stopped and asked if he could close the curtains. And he did. Then he went back to Aria. Aria started kissing him again and he started kissing her and then they started French kissing. Then he laid her down, but there was a knock at the door. Toby got up and went to see who it was. It was Jack. Jack said "Aria, I came here to talk to you like an adult about this court." Aria told Toby to come over to her. So he did. Aria didn't say anything. All she did was hold onto Toby really close. Toby kept whispering something and Aria kept calm. So Jack smashed the door open again. And saw Aria on the bed with Toby and got really mad. Jack kicked the rest of the door in and Aria got up and told him to go into the bathroom and get the rest of our stuff. So he did. Jack came towards her but she kept going backwards. Aria asked "what do you want now Jack? There is nothing you can say to me to change my mind at all, so leave." Jack got really mad and he was drunk. He ran after Aria, but she ran into the bathroom. Toby and Aria locked the door and Aria said " We can get out of the window."

Toby said " Okay, you go first and get to the car."

Aria said "no... I am not leaving you."

Toby said "okay. Then just wait outside for me, okay." Aria nodded her head. Yes. They ran to the window. They fit through the window. They got their cars. They ducked, and Aria saw Jack leave. She got out and went back to the room to get their stuff. Toby saw her. And he ran after her. Toby saw her. And he went in and saw her coming out with the bags. She went to the office to get pay. Then she came out and ran to her car. Aria saw Jack pulling back in. Jack drove after her. But he couldn't get her because she went in between cars, so he had to park his car, and went after her on foot. She got to her car, she started and backed up. And drove off and Toby was right behind her. They drove fast. Aria made it and so didn't Toby. They went to their parents' house. They parked their cars and shut them off. They got out and hugged each other. Aria said "I am so sorry you had to go through that."

Toby replied "It is okay. So now, how am I going to want you everywhere?"

Aria replied, "when everybody goes to sleep one of us has to get into the other's bedroom."

Toby said "wait a minute, I can ask my parents if you can stay in the loft in the barn. That way we can make any noise that we want with each other.”

Aria said " Okay. But there better be no spiders."
