The Banished Omega

Chapter 5

Rayyan's Pov:

All the Elders were present at the palace, all of them, Philip, Frederick, Lawrence and Theo.

I sat right in the middle of the circle they formed around me, all my efforts to speak failed, at every moment I opened my mouth I was immediately shut, no one was ready to listen to me, they had all made up their minds

The most horrific part was that I couldn't link with Ben, for the past three days I've tried, but to no avail, and my wolf stopped speaking after we couldn't link with Ben on the second day, my mother said wolf's get extremely weak or sad if they were away from their mate for too long

"Rayyan we are going to ask you this for the last time" I knew what Elder Philip was going to ask, it was the same question they had been asking for for two days straight

"Why did you poison the head Alpha, your husband?"

"I've said it over and over again I didn't......"

"Shut up you pathetic liar" Elder Philip's voice overshadowed mine

"Never has it been heard that a Luna poisons her Alpha, you have committed the worst sin and you will face the expected punishment" I knew that Elder Philip was never happy that I got what his daughter always wanted, he never hid his anger he wasn't even at our wedding

But I didn't understand why he kept trying to blame the horrendous crime on me.

I feel weak in my soul, I've cried and cried and now I have no more tears, I've pleaded and pleaded and I've run out of words

They have pushed me to the peak of sadness and frustration

"Make the decree and get the wretch out of the palace" Georgia's bitter voice shook me back to reality

It was happening, the life-ruining decree was about to be passed on me without them hearing what I had to say

"I wasn't in the house that day, I can't possibly try to....."

"Shut up! Unfortunate liar!" The thing that baffled me the most was the fact that Caroline was present, apparently, she was the only witness to testify against me

"Rayyan, for committing this outrageous offence" Elder Frederick paused "You're hereby banished from the Delta pack!"

His words struck a different pain in my heart "This is unjust!" I cried to myself, I alone heard what I said, the rest of them just walked away

What will I gain by poisoning my husband? why would I even want to poison my husband? He wasn't here but they passed judgement, banishing me from the only place I know as home.

Seeing them throw my bags out of the palace broke my heart into a thousand tiny pieces, I couldn't stop wailing but no tears flowed from my eyes, I had none.

"Please!" The pleas of my mother fell on deaf ears they threw her bags behind her

"Mother look at your jewellery" Caroline pointed towards a necklace that lay beside my mother's bag

"Dear heavens, what manner of family is this? The daughter a witch and the mother a thief!" Georgia's words were laced with spite and disgusted

"Take this unfortunate Omega and her thief of her mother outside the village border!" Elder Philip declared

The guards showed us no pity, they dragged my mother and me through the town across the bridge and over the border and dumped us there like we were dirt.

I've never suffered such humiliation, pain, shame and rejection in my life, and the worst part of this horrific day and its evil events is that it was carried out by the same people I call my brothers! Throwing me out of the only place I call home and calling my mother a thief, I don't think anything is worse than this

Five hours later:

My mother and I managed to pick up our broken pieces and move on with our lives. The night was in its darkest shade, but we struggled to make our way through the thick bushes that covered the only walkable part.

I hadn't mastered control of my wolf or even shifted once, and my mother was too weak to shift and all we could do was walk.

We had been walking for hours with no sight of light ahead, we just walked deeper into the dark forest with hope, hope that we would find something, anything

"Stop!" My mother stretched her hand out preventing me from moving further "Someone is here, I can feel it"

I couldn't sense anything but I was certain of whatever she sensed

Within another second I sensed something foreign too, it was coming closer and closer. I gripped my mother's hand in fear, my heart pounding against my chest, could it get any worse?

It wasn't just my senses now, I saw them with my eyes, wolves

"Rouges" My mother whispered

"I guess you've come to join the party, fresh wolves" I saw him shift and he walked closer to us in human form, my blood ran cold.

Soon all the other wolves shifted and came closer to my mother and I

We were trapped in their middle. So this is it, this is how we die

"Calm down we don't bite" I still couldn't see his face but his voice was loud clear and close

He came so close and grabbed me by my cheeks "It's an old and a young one, a beautiful young one" he leaned in a licked my neck, I couldn't help but scream

"Please let us go, we mean no harm" My mother fell on her knees

"Well I'll keep this one for my bed" he yanked me away from my mother and pulled me close, the tears I thought I had exhausted started flowing

"Kill the old one!" He declared, their howling wasn't as loud as I expected, I strained my eyes and realized they were just six

"Let's all have a taste of the old one before we kill her, no woman is completely useless," Another man said from the group and they all burst into laughter

Before my eyes they pushed my mother to the ground and tore her clothes, when the first wolf took off his clothes I shielded my eyes, I couldn't look, there was no way on earth I was going to bring myself to look.

My mother's voice reverberated through the thick forest, the men overpowered her and truly they had their way with her, right before me

One man after another, my mother's voice slowly began to reduce, I opened my eyes to glance at my mother and I beheld the worst

One of them had his manhood in her ass and another had his in her mouth, I felt like throwing up.

That was all I needed to see, I thought I had seen it all, but I couldn't stay anymore, I let out a loud cry, kicked the wolf holding me in his balls and sprinted.

I ran!

I ran as fast as I could, different branches scratched me as I moved but I didn't stop, I didn't dare, I just ran, I didn't look back, I wasn't bold enough, I ran for what felt like years

Soon the bush came to an end, the moment I stepped out of the bush my eyes met something I think is a camp and within another second I blanked out.

One week later:

There was a striking pain in my head and a stinging sensation in my stomach, I tried to open my eyes and lift my head at the same time but I failed, and I felt someone gently pushing me back

"She's awake!" I female voice announced

"Calm down, you're in good hands" I finally opened my eyes, everything was blurry but when my vision became clear, I saw the face of a young lady, a nurse!

"Where's my mother?" That's all I could say

"Well I don't know who that is, but your child is fine. You're both in good condition" She smiled widely

A wave of confusion enwrapped me, child? "What child are you talking about!"

"Yours, you're pregnant"
