CHAPTER 10 The next morning, Mark rang Julian Bolt. A senior editor at the Finance Weekly, an international journal based in London which served the banking and investment community. Mark had written articles and reviews for them previously. Julian had been his contact editor, and Mark explained what he intended to do. He didn't mention names for the moment. But he added the usual City spin to get his interest, playing up the Switzerland angle. Bolt, though, wasn't interested. He pronounced Mark's work too speculative, too light on facts.
