I enjoy the warm water of the bath on my aching muscles so much I almost fall asleep. I’ve done more cardio with Nate these last 48 hours than I’ve done in my life.
It’s only when I start to feel cold I grab for the towel and get out. I walk over to the bed and decide to grab one of Nate’s shirts to wear.
I climb into bed as I think about the conversation we had today with his parents. Something about my wolf being freed stuck with me but I can’t put my finger on it. Like a memory just out of reach or a feeling of déja vu.
I’m trapped, I’m behind bars, in a cage, I’m screaming, begging, someone hear me, someone help me, it’s me, but it’s not me, I’m thrashing, I need release, please, I beg….
