All eyes are on us. And everyone present is smiling. At us. At the same time, it looks like I am the only one confused and not knowing what’s happening.
Alex guides me ahead, and everyone gathers around us in a circle. The Alpha speaks, his voice is determined and deep.
“This is Bella,” he begins, “My future Luna and my mate. We will hold the wedding ceremony next week and after we return from the West. “
Direct and as simple as that. The West… so Michael was right- Alex really needs to secure this contract.
“Luna Henriette?” Alex speaks, and the older woman smiles, stepping forward. She comes to us and wraps her arms around me.
“We welcome you to the Shadowcrow Pack,” she announces, and everyone cheers. I wrap my arms around her without thinking, answering the embrace.
