“Mayor you’re bleeding” Lancelot said as he saw blood pouring out my opponent’s wounds.
“Step aside, I can handle this” Lancelot said.
“Well, well look who decided to face me” I boast
“Tell me is this mayor the same mayor that mocked me earlier?” I asked while I point my sword at the mayor’s neck.
Lancelot seems planning something.
“I wouldn’t do that if I were you” I said as I anticipate what he is about to do.
“You’re only tough because you have a hostage. Set him free and face me like a man” Lancelot said.
“Okay I’ll play along” I boasted.
I summoned Titan to restrain the mayor.
“Just let my buddy over there take care of him” I teased.
Titan then squeezes the mayor. The mayor started wailing.
“I would start saving him if I were you. You still have a couple of minutes before he dies due to severe blood loss” I said as I check my watch.
“You fiend!” He shouted as he charges straight at me.
“Everyone stand back I can handle this. Save mayor instead”.
“GO!” He ordered.
“Do you think you have the capability to match me?”
“You are just a marionette” I mocked.
Lancelot got furious. He is now enraged with anger.
“I am going to kill you!” he shouted.
“Kill? How delusional”
“Come on Lancelot give me your best shot” I challenge.
We battled head-to-head. From the start I have the advantage, but he does not back down. We exchanged attacks but neither of us manages to land a direct hit.
“Come Lancelot you can do better than that. Entertain me” I teased as I shove him away.
I snapped my fingers to command Titan to slowly crush the mayor.
“What now? Can’t protect your beloved mayor?” I teased.
Lancelot charges in. His attacks become faster compared to his performance earlier. I started to enjoy our battle, but I wanted more. I then played a dirty trick on him. With my lightning fast moves I strike down on of his men
“If you failed to entertain me once more, I will kill one of your men once more” I warned.
Lancelot looks pissed. He grabs hold of his sword tight and with tremendous speed he charges straight at me. I barely block his attack, upon doing so I was knocked back.
“That’s it! Give me all you’ve got” I said as I started to enjoy things.
Our clash become much intense. I can feel his overwhelming aura made by pure hatred. His eyes became lifeless, and his face shows no emotion. Looks like he is too far gone but I do not want to end him here, maybe I can still use him as my own, he does have the skills to become an instructor at my academy.
“Tell, are you happy serving that guy?” I asked as I felt sorry for him.
“If not come and join me instead.”
“With your skill you can surely enhance the students’ capabilities in my academy.”
“Just say yes” I said.
Lancelot just remained silent.
I lowered my guard down and put down my sword.
“Well?” I spoke.
Lancelot slowly walks towards me.
“Tell me can you beat his offer?” he asked.
“What offer?” I curiously asked.
“For starters he gave me and my men a high paying job” He said.
“Granted. You can work for me as a knight instructor for the academy while your men can guard our city’s boundaries.” I spoke.
“How about my men’s training? I am also their instructor. So, if I teach your students, I won’t have time for my men” He said.
“Well don’t they improve? No wonder your men can’t protect this city because they are too dependent on you.”
“How about this you can let your undercook men study in my academy while receiving their salary.”
“As soon as they are ready to get back to the real world let them. I will even give them a raise depending on their ranking” I said.
I can see the changes in Lancelot’s face so does the changes in his men’s faces.
“Well Lancelot? What do you think?” I asked.
Lancelot hid his sword and walks towards me.
“Men!” Lancelot shouted.
The knights stopped attacking Titan and drew their attention at Lancelot.
“You heard his offer, right? What do you think?” Lancelot asked.
“It is actually not bad right?”
“Yeah, talk about us training while getting paid.”
“But what about are family? Aren’t we going to that city to work?”
“You’re right we can’t just leave our family here while we enjoy our life there” a discussion within the group.
“Mister, what about our family can you do something for them?” A knight asked.
“What do you want good sir?” I asked.
“We are hoping if we can tag along our families with us.”
“Yeah, can we also have a place to stay in?” some knights said.
“Granted” I said
Then several more men added something
“Enough!” Lancelot shouted.
He draws his sword and starts reaping his men. With a snap of a finger Titan tried stopping him
“What on earth got into him?”
“Why did he kill his men, unless” words I said in my head.
Then undead angels started flocking above us.
“Well, well, isn’t it the savior of Metro.”
“Tell me what you are doing in a wasteland like this?” a demonic voice said coming from above.
I look up and saw the lady with a hood. I quickly summoned my g*n and fired several shots at her.
“Do you think that simple attack is enough to strike me down?” She mocked.
With a wave of her lance the undead angels started to swope down on us. The undead started attacking Titan and Lancelot continued attacking Titan as well. I can see that my divine beast is getting pummeled, so I summoned the rest of my divine beast. Titan let go of the mayor then joined the group.
“Okay team let’s do this” I shouted.
“Okay team let us do this” I said to motivate my beast
They started to scatter and face the hoard of undead angels
