Within a no time, she had completely finished getting ready for the day. Evi then pushed the door open, walking out as her heel started to click through the empty land, and the corridor which was big. But there was no one there. She glanced right ahead to see Barka's room, which was right ahead of her, closed tightly. It was very strange till now that they lived very close to each other and then in some time they would have to live together even, and that thought scared her. Evi then immediately shook her head, not wanting any of that to happen to her. However, right then she walked down the stairs, feeling slightly lonely in this big castle. How ever not for long, because after she had walked down those numerous stairs, she came across the first floor where there were many many couches in there, sitting area, which was much more pleasant this place was. However, Evi noticed people there, all of their attention was falling on her and her only. They all had big smiles on their faces. It was a little strange for her. She felt a little stunned and afraid, but slowly Evi was calming down because of the calm aura that she was surrounded by. It was very pleasant, she knew they could not hurt her. Evi could feel it. Also, because right there by the end of the stairs there was Barka, standing and waiting for her. Even though Evi hated to say this, she was very glad to have him so close to her. Immediately, Evi stopped right next him, holding her hands close in a tight group. She was comforting herself there. With all these strangers, she only knew two people there very well, and she knew about them only 2 days ago. How ever the king noticed her distress, she was simply just uneasy and nothing more. Slowly Barka moved his hand closer to hers, pulling her hands away from each other and holding one. He did not know what it was but the feeling of holding her close and tight just felt perfect to him. Evi's soft hands were something else entirely, but this shocked her, confusion struck on her face very clearly. "What are you doing?" She asked, scared to move forward. "Nothing will happen to you, I am here with you. Remember that.." He said to her, truly meaning every word he said. And the moment those words came out of him, suddenly she was struck. Almost as if her heart stopped. She looked at him, raising her head up. Evi actually believed him, not knowing what it was that was so surreal, but she believed Barka and every word he said to her. And unconsciously, she grabbed on to his hand as well. Holding him tight. Both of them didn't realize it as they walked up to the people. Barka felt protective over her now, especially now that she was afraid. However, what ever happened was shocking to everyone most of them as well. All their eyes went wide open, but most of them just stared at them with pure love. It was the most beautiful site in the world where an Alpha had his Luna. Seeing the King and Queen standing together was the most precious moment for all these ministers and the witch and elder. "There you both are..." The Queen mother said, as they both walked up closer towards them. The Queen mother then slowly placed her hand on her hair, smiling softly, to which Evi returned the smile. "Here we are, our future King and Queen." The Queen mother said, introducing them both correctly. How ever everyone in the room except for the witch and Queen mother knew about them. Both together, this was so new, something that she had never experienced. Evi's wolf, Flower was all over the place, just living her best life with her people. "ALL HAIL THE KING AND QUEEN." "ALL HAIL THE KING AND QUEEN." "ALL HAIL THE KING AND QUEEN." "ALL HAIL THE KING AND QUEEN." Right then there was a lot of commotion there. No one saw it coming but it all did not sound very bad to her, but it just got a bit loud for Evi. She turned to her right to this large open balcony that was well decorated. Realizing that she would have to go out now meet her people officially, that gave her chills down her spine. "And over here is Misi, she has been in this kingdom for years and seen a lot with us, help us a lot." The Queen mother said as the old lady walked ahead, but immediately Santo ran up to the witch, grabbing her small body tight in his, and was helping her move forward. It was a beautiful thing to see. "Evelet, right..." Misi asked her name and Evi nodded her head, surprising the queen mother. "We did not tell you her name Misi." The Queen mother said, but the old lady could always smile to herself. "Do not worry about it..." The old witch said. "I see everything, I know everything." She whispered in her creaking voice, making a joke as she walked up to Barka and Evi. "Let me tie this around you both.." She said pulling out the strings. Of course, Evi was confused, but did not ask or say a word, wanting to see what was going on. The witch tied the string on Barka tightly, blessing him. Evi then let go of his hand, which was difficult and odd. Barka was the one that felt something shift in him almost immediately. He didn't turn to her, but side glanced her. Immediately, the witch held on to Evi's hand, to go with the process, but suddenly she felt a surge of power run through her body. However, suddenly without any warning or so, her body reacted in a different way, that the witch was forced to shut her eyes. She was dragged into another world, away from reality. Quickly, in a swift movement she grabbed on to Evi's hand, holding it too tight. Scarying eeryone. "Misi... You need to let her go.." Santo said, feeling more than protective over his queen, but Misi did not move. "Misi, what happened? What are you doing?" The Queen mother asked while the witch's eyeballs were moving right and left. The grip on Evi's hand got painful for her, Misi was hurting her. She couldn't say anything, not wanting to be rude, but whatever was happening was rude enough. "Let her go Barka spoke up, his thick tone and the roughness came out yet again. When suddenly the witch opened her eyes, staring at the queen in front of her. Misi's breath started to get heavy on her chest, everyone was a little taken a back and surprised, shocked every thing. There was this deep silence spreading through out the castle. "What happened? what did you see?" The Queen mother asked, while Misi only stared at Evelet. "Blood.." She whispered, and this time Evi was struck hard, her eyes went wide open. Misi was not explaining anything to anyone, she was actually asking her. "Blood?....." Misi whispered again, and Evi blinked and freaked out. "Misi, what did you see?" The Queen mother asked. "Nothing....... nothing at all. I see a very great future for everyone, for Evi the most." The witch spoke, smiling yet again, and there was nothing fake about that. It was all genuine, Misi smiling at the queen. Evi did not know if that was a good thing or bad thing, but this one moment scared her. Misi then quickly tied the band on her hand, keeping her safe, secure and for her protection. And once done, she pulled her even closer, into a hug. Casing her soft hair. "Don't worry about anything." She whispered, and Evi listened carefully. "All those bad dreams will go away in time. Everything has a reason to happen, trust yourself and the moon goddess." She said slowly backing away from her. Evi though, she always knew witches were very powerful, and now seeing the oldest witch say all this only made things better for Evi. She had to force a smile, because of the panic she was in. They were pretending like nothing happened.Of course, for everyone it was a little difficult to adjust, but nobody said anything. However, the king was looking down at Evi, watching her carefully as her expression was constantly changed. Evi could feel his eyes on her, but she didn't look at him. "It's time to go. Meet the people today. There will be the coordination crowning, but for now they have to see your face first." The Queen mother said. "Come on." She said to both of them. Both of them started to make their way out of the room and towards the balcony. The Queen mother was the first to move ahead, and seeing her the people and the crowd were screaming, it made it easy for Evi to understand that she was very much loved here. The people here seemed very nice, she could feel it in her skin, and so could her wolf as well. "What did she say to you?" Barka asked. "Nothing, just blessings." Evi let out, walking behind her. "Don't lie to me, Evelet..." Barka said, already furious. "When have I ever lied to you?" Evi said, almost immediately, and right then Barka grabbed on to her hand, surprising her. "What are you doing?" She asked, frustrated by him already. "Giving people what they want.." He said, holding her tight as they walked ahead, and there she saw this huge crowd of people right under the castle. And this number was something she had never seen in her entire life time, more over all at once together. It was more than shocking, this all made her almost slip but his tight grip on her got tighter. The people started to scream even louder, shout because they were so happy to see them together. She noticed that most of their eyes were on her. She expected to be afraid of all this attention, but Evi felt right at home. "Your king and Queen are here. King Barka and Queen Evelet." The queen mother introduced her and all hell broke lose. "YESSSSSS. "QUEEN EVELET "KING BARKA......" The people started to chat over and over again with such happiness about that, Evi's felt pride here, she was more than happy but full. "You are finally home.." He said to her and it felt pleasant to hear that. "Home.." She whispered softly. Barka did not expect that, he thought she would be mad at him, but he looked down to see her smiling. His heart felt a certain way here. "Do you still hate me for bringing you here?" He asked her, looking down at his mate and, for that one moment, she did not know if she wanted to answer that question, rather she stayed quiet. "You can be angry at me all you want, but the truth is that you and I both know you belong here." She said. "And I would like to know why you changed your mind." She said. They both turned around, walking down the stairs. But now they were the only once in the balcony, away from everyone's view and the rest of the people in the castle as well. They had a few seconds to themselves here. "I think I understand why you want me. Maybe it's the power you get from me, maybe it's finally time you settled in. Whatever it is, our stories not like any other mate. I have never seen a mate not want his better half, seeing a king not wanting me was painful enough and having a mate snatched away was painful too, so you can understand me not trusting you." She said as the man looked deep into her eyes, trying to understand her for the first time. "The second chance mate was something I have only read about, but for me to experience it can be difficult, especially with a person who never wanted me." She whispered, turning away and letting go off his hand. Both of them hated this one process, but both of them backed away. Evi walked into the hall yet again, leaving him there all alarmed. Barka stood there trying to think over what Evi said. "Barka, just a minute..." Santo called out for his attention. "What is it?" He asked. "We have a few guests, they said they wanted to meet you." He let out, how ever him being the king and the Alpha, he could sense something was different. "A vampires?" He asked, sensing them in the air around his entire Kingdom. "Saraam wants to meet you, talk to you..."
