Chapter 6: His Blood

Ethan opened his eyes and he really wanted to look at Aeturnus but he was afraid to fall too deep so he just took out his hand and touched Aeturnus' hand that was holding him then hooked his pinky on Aeturnus's pinky as if he wanted to make a promise from Aeturn's words.

Aeturnus kissed Ethan's head and held Ethan's hand which was in contact with his. Both Ethan and Aeturnus realized that both of them would be better off not starting a relationship that uses their feelings and must stay within their own boundaries. They know that they have very little time together and if they fall too deep it will be very difficult for them to say goodbye to each other.

Aeturnus knows very well what it feels like to let go of the person he loves, he knows very well what it feels like to see people around him leave him alone in a world that keeps on turning and changing. Aeturnus didn't want to leave bad feelings for himself and for Ethan but on the other hand, right now he felt he wanted to spend a little more time with Ethan. At least he wanted to be with Ethan when Ethan was lonely, so maybe Ethan would find someone to spend the rest of their time with.

Ethan held Aeturnus' hand which was cold but also warm, for him the hug from Aeturnus was the warmest hug he had ever felt after his parents left. He wished that this hug would continue to be his but he knew that it was impossible, however, he had to let go of this hug and this hold of his hand. He must not fall into this relationship, he must be the one who is ready to let it all go. Ethan closed his eyes and felt Aeturnus hug him so he could keep him for a long time.

Aeturnus felt his body getting weaker and tired. He tried to close his eyes but he couldn't do it, his body felt hot. He knew that the poison in his body would make him lose control of his own body when his condition weakened to his current state. It was time for him to go into a deep sleep but he felt like he didn't want to do it first, he had a lot of things to do and there was something he didn't want to leave right now.

Aeturnus just silently hugged Ethan who was sleeping soundly in his arms until the sun had risen. Ethan woke up and whispered softly "Why are you so hot?".

Ethan slowly turned his body and looked at Aeturnus. Aeturnus looked into the eyes of Ethan who looked like he had just woken up from his sleep.

Ethan was very surprised to see Aeturnus' red eyes that looked bloodthirsty, those red eyes continued to stare at him intently and passionately. Ethan got goosebumps seeing Aeturnus' gaze but he tried to calm down and asked, "What's the matter with you?".

Aeturnus closed his eyes for a while before opening them again and saying in his deep voice "Blood, I need blood".

"Blood?" asked Ethan who was confused.

"You smell so good, I want some of your blood", said Aeturnus deeply and husky.

Ethan stared at Aeturnus in silence, he was confused about what he should do. He tried to let go of Aeturnus' embrace and said "I'll call Kenzo to bring you some blood".

Aeturnus pulled Ethan into his arms again and said "I want you".

Ethan knew that Aeturnus wasn't feeling well right now and his mind must be a little disturbed by his thirst for blood. Ethan sighed and closed his eyes for a moment then said, "Hm, drink my blood if you want".

Aeturnus smiled and a blanket of blood immediately appeared to cover the two people who were lying hugging each other then they disappeared, Aeturnus took Ethan to a place that Ethan himself did not know. A room that looks dark with a vintage style and is full of luxury and elegance.

Aeturnus carried Ethan to the bed and gently kissed Ethan's face, from his forehead to his chin, his entire face to the last part of Ethan's soft lips. The deep kiss ended when Ethan struggled to breathe and tugged at Aeturnus' hair. Aeturnus moved his lips down his neck to the collar bone which made Ethan's skin full of kiss marks. Aeturnus tasted Ethan slowly before finally removing Ethan's clothes so that there were no clothes on Ethan's body.

Ethan felt ashamed and wanted to fight but Ethan's strength was defeated by Aeturnus and made him just give up. Ethan could only look at the tip of Aeturnus' head and gripped Aeturnus' hair tightly.

Aeturnus finally focused his kiss on Ethan's neck and he slowly thrust his fangs into Ethan's skin and slowly sucked Ethan's blood, little by little and slowly. Aeturnus tried to make him as pleasant as possible without hurting Ethan and making Ethan comfortable with his touch.

This was the first time for Ethan to be touched by someone else to this extent, he felt very embarrassed and wanted to leave that place, away from the person who tasted every inch of his body but when he saw who was enjoying it, he subconsciously just surrendered, gave up himself to Aeturnus completely.

The shame and discomfort he felt were gradually being masked by other feelings, feelings of pleasure, comfort and pleasure. Ethan began to enjoy the touch given by Aeturnus even though he began to feel weak because of his blood being sucked by Aeturnus but the weakness was covered by the pleasure he got from Aeturnus.

Ethan didn't realize that the more he was touched by Aeturnus, the more he emitted a scent that tempts Aeturnus to taste every inch of his body. Ethan increasingly felt that his body was no longer under his control, now he had no more control over his body. He felt so hot and tingly in his body, he wanted the touch of Aeturnus to get harder and touch the entire surface of his skin.

Aeturnus, who had started to return to his senses after drinking Ethan's blood, saw that Ethan was starting to feel the heat. He wanted to stop what he was doing to Ethan but he was also getting more and more tempted and didn't want to let Ethan go. Aeturnus closed his eyes and kissed Ethan's soft lips again. A deep and reassuring kiss that this time he would have Ethan.

"Haah haah... Ethan?", Aeturnus lay down beside the unconscious Ethan.

He shook Ethan's body slowly and sighed then muttered "Thank goodness you're still alive. I'll bring you back".

Aeturnus hugged Ethan and a blanket of blood appeared covering the two.

Ethan finally woke up and felt his body a little sore, especially his neck and lower body. Ethan wakes up startled by the memory of him sleeping with Aeturnus, flashing through his mind. He looked around and realized that he was in his room again and Aeturnus was no longer by his side.

"Are you awake?" said Aeturnus who entered the room with food.

Ethan turned and nodded without saying anything. Aeturnus closed the bedroom door and then walked to Ethan who was still sitting on the bed, "Today, everyone is busy and Agnis is not here to help prepare the food so I can only bring you bread and fruit".

Ethan just nodded and took the plate of food from Aeturnus' hands then without speaking, he immediately ate the food that Aeturnus gave him. Not only because he was really hungry but also because he felt very weak. Aeturnus smiled and brushed the food crumbs on Ethan's lips then said softly, "Take it easy. If it's still not enough, I'll cut some more fruit for you".

Ethan just nodded, he was still embarrassed and didn't know what to say to Aeturnus.

Aeturnus suddenly leaned his head on Ethan's shoulder and said, "Ehm, I'm sorry because I was like that this morning".

Ethan was shocked and did not expect that an Aeturnus would apologize to him, "Huh?!".

Aeturnus looked at Ethan and spoke softly again, "Um, I'm sorry for what happened this morning. I can't control myself, it's been so long that I can't remember the last time I lost control like that."

Ethan just stared at Aeturnus silently. Aeturnus continued, "I've helped you heal the wounds but it must still hurt a little".

Ethan finally let out a little voice which made him a little surprised because his voice sounded very hoarse and it was difficult for him to make a sound because his throat felt dry, "I... Eh?? I'm fine, cough... cough".

Ethan remembered that he hadn't had a drink of water and had eaten straight away and now he had an uncomfortable feeling in his throat. Aeturnus chuckled then handed him a glass of water, "Your voice is dead like I'm being too harsh on you. After eating, take a break before your little brother comes back".

"Aren't we like a couple?", asked Aeturnus suddenly to Ethan which made Ethan almost choke.

"Heh, since it happened and we agreed then let's do it as a couple as long as we can. Can you accept it like that?", said Aeturnus who looked at Ethan gently.

Ethan swallowed his food and nodded slightly embarrassed. Aeturnus smiled and quickly kissed Ethan's lips.

"You rest first, with full feelings like this then I have to start working hard to get a gift from you", said Aeturnus who stood up and stroked Ethan's hair with a smile still on his face.

Ethan looked at Aeturnus confused and also weird but he felt like this too. Aeturnus smiled at Ethan who was so sweet in front of him and said, "I don't want to go but I have to go. I'll go first to kill the rats".

Ethan nodded in agreement. After Aeturnus left, Ethan took his cell phone and looked at his work.

Ethan in his casual clothes and apron was busy cooking in the kitchen until he didn't realize that Eden was already in the kitchen. Eden approached Ethan and greeted his older brother, "Brother, is there something I need to help you with?".

Ethan turned his head for a moment before continuing to cook and said, "No need, it'll be over in a minute. Just call the others to come down and have dinner".

Eden looked at the unsettled dining table and said, "I will set the dining table before calling the others".

"Let me, you go up to the room and go take Aaron down. Kenzo and Angis are away so you don't need to go to their room," said Aeturnus which surprised Eden and Ethan.

Ethan nodded at Eden and Eden finally gave up to help him and then he went to his room to invite Aaron down for dinner.

Ethan and Aeturnus who was still preparing food in the kitchen waited too long for the food to be ready but Eden and Aaron didn't come down. Ethan turned to Aeturnus who was just sitting around after setting the dining table. Ethan said softly, "Mr Aeturnus, can you call them to come down to eat soon?".

Aeturnus turned to Ethan and with a sly smile said "Okay".

Ethan nodded and put the side dishes on the table without realizing Aeturnus' plan. Aeturnus quickly grabbed Ethan's arm as soon as Ethan placed a side dish on the table which made Ethan fall on Aeturnus' lap. Aeturnus chuckled and said, "Give me a kiss and I'll call them".

Ethan rolled his eyes ignoring Aeturnus. Aeturnus said, "At least kiss me on the cheek, isn't it interesting to act romantic once in a while?".

Ethan didn't want to say much and immediately kissed Aeturnus on the cheek and said, "All right, call them".

Ethan detached himself from Aeturnus and returned to the stove for another meal.

"You guys are taking too long", said Aeturnus who met Aaron and Eden on the stairs.

Aaron smiled and said, "Sorry, where are you going, dad?".

Aeturnus shook his head and said, "Someone made me go up and called you guys for dinner, hurry up down".

Aaron and Eden were confused and didn't understand what Aeturnus meant but they both didn't want to ask further so they just followed Aeturnus down.

Dinner was over, everyone was still sitting in their seats. Aeturnus suddenly said, "Demian has been captured and is now in prison in the main castle. And everyone who followed Demian has also been caught. Kenzo and Angis will go straight to the main castle to take care of them all. Later, I will go to the main castle and after everything is done, I have to go back to sleep. I hope Aaron can take my place for a while, this time Angis will be with you too".

Aaron nodded in approval and said, "Should I return to the main castle too?".

Aeturnus at Eden for a moment then said, "Yes, so that the commotion doesn't happen again, you have to be where you should be".

Aaron understood this and would follow Aeturnus' words. Aeturnus saw Aaron's face and said, "I will teach you to strengthen your Shadow blood so that you can teleport long distances but you have to drink human blood. You are too weak to almost go into a deep sleep".

Aaron agreed and said, "Okay, dad".
