22 YEARS AGO : THE START OF THE OPEN SECRET

Earth Z was such a beautiful place. with beautiful rivers and mountains, it was a place where creatures of all kinds did not have to hide their true selves. no one felt like they were above the other but instead, they all lived in harmony. Earth Z was ruled by king Nando and Queen Natacha. because of how big Earth Z was. they had appointed council members in different regions to oversee the affairs of the kingdom. Earth Z was part of Earth but the people on earth knew nothing of its existence or that some of the members of Earth Z had high ranking positions to keep the order. most of the people who moved to earth had to earth give up their powers as they crossed the border to a new life or if they went on a royal visit. they had a special pass by the king that allowed them to use their powers while on earth.

Mr. Choolwe and Mrs chansa Phiri were part of these creatures. both from noble families that had a place in the council.which allowed both of them to sit on the board. and once their children became of age they would then pass down their sits to them. the couple was loved and admired by all because they made sure they took care of the people of their regions. Choolwe was a werewolf by birth but with the ability to absorb up to 5 powers while Chansa was a witch with the same ability. The couple was married for 5 years without a child to call their own. because of this, both their positions on the council were threatened. choolwe's younger brother had 4 sons who were soon becoming of age to take over and Chansa had a sister with a daughter, who was slowing getting to her teen years. if the couple was not able to produce an heir they would have to give up the sit to family members that could. this brought sadness to the couple because they knew how greedy their family members were and how they would use this position to only enrich themselves.

Choolwe and Chansa had a big farm where they grew most of the food that was supplied to food markets in the region and a few neighboring ones. they were also in charge of growing the special herbs needed for portions that were used to heal the sick, and for other benefits.

one day as Chansa was checking on her herbs. she heard the sound of a child crying from a distance. she couldn't pinpoint the sound of the cry but knew she had to get to it. the Phiri's had hired different creatures to work on the farm as they needed a lot of manpower to do the work. as she came out of the greenhouse she noticed some werewolves loading a truck. she walked in front of the one who beamed out the most Ora it was a sign that he was the most powerful of them all. she asked the man to shift. he was taken aback because one of the rules on the farm was all workers had to stay in human form for easy communication with each other and for all to have similar Output of work. "I hate to repeat myself, I said shift!!", said Chansa. as the man bowed his head he shifted into a big brown wolf. who made china's human body look like that of a 12-year-old boy. without wasting time, Chansa walked towards the wolf and touched him. allowing her to absorb his ability. once she had shifted she mind linked him to what she had heard. and once he sniffed the area the wolf was off in the direction of the crying child. as chance and the wolf got closer he asked her to stop. In as much as Earth Z was peaceful, some places had creatures who did not want to follow orders or live under the rule of the king and queen. the wolf howled and with minutes the rest of the wolves left on the farm had shifted and come to his side. they could see the child from a distance. she smelt human and maybe 2 years of age or so. the child screamed as she saw the wolves come closer to her and this made her cry even louder and in trying to run away she broke her leg. when Chansa noticed this. she asked the wolves to stop and she changed back to her human form. when the little girl saw this she raised her hands and said " mama up, mama up" Chansa picked the little girl up and carried her back to the house. when they got closer to the house she used her magic to bring clothes for the now naked men who had changed back to human form.
