Chapter 2

There's been another kidnap last night of one Ashley Lizbrook at the Devil's Creek Carl informed and as we are not sure if he's a serial killer as they have not been any killings of the victims I want you and Greg Brandon to head over there and solve the case as quickly as possible Carl concluded.

Now you two should head back home and pack lightly you leave at 10 he said as he handed I and Brandon a file containing the details of the case and be quick so you don't miss the flight he added. Why don't we use the FBI jet instead of flight after all we are on a case Brandon interjected. Such things take time of which we don't have Carl replied.

Rushing back home I placed a call to my boyfriend to help look after Daisy while I was gone while packing my essentials into a duffel bag I had found, after which i headed to the airport.

★★ Airport ★★

Brandon was waiting at the reception when I walked in with a cup of coffee and some chocolate chips which he handed to me as we waited to be checking in while nibbling the chips I studied his profile up close he was far more handsome and I wanted nothing but to slam my lips on his. The voice of the attendant broke my train of thoughts as I and Brandon boarded into the plane. I settled into one of the couch with Brandon beside me as we studied the file after which I drifted asleep.

The voice of the attendant announcing the plane was about to land woke me as I wiped all traces of sleep from my face.
