"You don't get it Alex, you are old enough now to stand on your own and control the pack. A pack without an alpha is nothing, I don't want the pack to be a bloodshed place that's why I am doing this...if this word of you not being ready to take up your responsibilities as an alpha leaks out, you will be removed immediately.. think about it Alex"
"Fine dad, if you say so then I accept"
"So you will be 18 in the next two week and a party will be thrown for you... in that party, I want you to chose your wife"
"I understand dad, can't wait to be called an alpha "
"But I thought you said you aren't ready to be-"
"Dad you know... it's the crazy feelings of uncertainty but don't worry I will overcome it" Alex said with a smile
"I hope so" his dad replies with a smile.
"Why the hell did you not tell me that I will be walking for the big Boss" alice said angrily over the phone
"Am sorry Alice I heard about that not too long after you have started your work there"
"The guy is a complete asshole who has nothing to give than bullying...I regret coming here"

"You think so I do more than the work I am supposed to do and go through a lot of problems here. Most times I have to beg him for doing nothing...damn you Rea, it's hurts"
"Yes I understand but you should try holding it now. When you come to school tomorrow, we can talk about it"
Alice understands what her friend means, "fine but just not this , when I come to school, you and I will have a lot of things to deal with and listen, tomorrow will be the end of me working here" she said and broke the lines.
"So you are leaving, you didn't even try to endure the it" Gloria said when she sees Alice packing her clothes and stuffs
"I can't take it anymore if he is going to be the alpha of this place I think I have to go to another pack"
"They might not accept you if you do that"
"Then I will try looking for another place, I can't just stay with him, he is too wicked". Gloria laughs, "I tell many cooks who have come and gone that that this place is a place of war, although that pay and other benefits are attractive but you can't endure what it's brings"
"How did you manage to stay here"
"I? It's a long story but I don't think you have time for that, go on save for skin from that blood sucking place"
"What about you, when are you going to leave here"
"When it's time, for now it's not yet time" she said.
The news of Alex's birthday spread all over the pack. His birthday is also going to be the place where he will choose his bride and be crowned as the alpha. Many ladies mark the day as they all flooded that market to get some nice clothes to wear to the party. As Alice walks down to the school hall, she hears as many students anticipate working to go to the party. What's so special about Alex? She asked her as she walked. Is he because he is the next alpha or because he is the most handsome boy all over that pack. Alice shakes her head as she keeps her pace to the school hall.
"Hey read hair" a female student said
"Wanna make that hair normal like the rest of ours"
Alice Said nothing but keep moving and between a blink of an eye, the girls surround her and begin stoning hee with fruits, drinks and many other things. Alice stood and looked down as ye students continued stoning her. Tears rolled down her eyes as she prayed for someone to come and save her. She truly wished she could be saved from the crazy humiliation she is receiving now.
"Are you enjoying this view boss" Linda said to Alex as they both look at how Alice been humiliated
"Can't live it less but I hope it gets better for her the more" Alex said
"At your service sir, I have made more brutal punishment for her" Linda said..
You can leave my place but not my eyes Alex said Inwardly. The more he watches her in the state she is, the more he is happy inwardly. Linda took a look at Alex and looked away. She wondered how such a person like him should stay alive and even become the alpha. He has no remorse but to bully and do wicked things. She didn't know what Alice had done to deserve this but she can't help it. Alex is the boss here and everything he says among the students is final. No beating about the bush.
Alice went to the toilet to have some privacy and cry about her life. Why will they do this to her, she asked herself. What has she done to be treated like this? What is her crime for her to do this? As she opened the water basin tap to wash her face, another two students enter the toilet and go the other section of the toilet
"Ahh I feel so pitiful for that girl we did that to" the first girl said
"Me too but we have no choice...who can face the big wolf?"
"That's true but what have the girl done for him to do this to her"
"Who can say, I hear something like she was talking to someone on phone and she called him an asshole"
"Holy dear, she shouldn't have done that, not around him"
"Now she is paying the price for saying that" the second girl said and they both left the toilet
Alice cried louder this time. What has she done to deserve this? He is an asshole and he will forever be.
