While en route to Fenrir's place, my mind was engrossed in pondering the sudden urgency behind his summons. It struck me as it was out of character for him, but then again, there's always a first time for everything.
Lucian steered the car in silence, and I sensed a noticeable unease in the air. Evidently lost in his own contemplation, he mirrored my thoughtful mood, harbouring uneasiness about our impending meeting with Fenrir.
Breaking the silence, I turned my attention to Lucian, curious about the thoughts occupying his mind.
"What's on your mind?" I inquired, momentarily fixating on the steering wheel before shifting my gaze to his profile.
