Moon has always been hated by her twin sister. Things take a turn for the worse when, on the night of the big party, Moon sleeps with a stranger who turns out to be the dangerous and powerful Alpha Hades. He wants to mark her because he feels he is her mate, the one she has been waiting for so long.

She runs away, thinking she's done something wrong because her family has always made her feel bad for not knowing how to fight and for being weak. When her sister Dawn finds her, she tricks her into believing that the Alpha will return to kill her for her insolence.

Deceived, Moon drinks a potion that puts a terrible curse on her, disfiguring her face and making her unrecognizable. Eager to be the Alpha's wife, Dawn attempts to replicate her sister's scent so that the great Hades will claim her as a mate.

Rejected and cursed, Moon becomes an abused slave in the Alpha's castle, unable to remember her or smell her true scent. Her sister ensures that she lives a daily hell and dares not reveal her true identity.

Alpha Hades
Moon I looked at my face in the mirror, my eyes red from crying. I knew they would come for me soon. Danger was in the air, permeating. I was cursed, the ugliest she-wolf that ever walked the earth. ... Weeks ago "I'm ready for tonight's soiree," my sister smiled. She was very beautiful, dressed in an elegant, tight dress. I had chosen a dress with a loose skirt, looser, I was more modest. We were both twins, almost identical, when we were children we dressed differently to distinguish us. We had few differences. Then, as we grew up, we began to have more differences. She had smaller eyes, a slightly bigger nose, her back was considerably bigger than mine because she was much stronger. She was also a little taller than me, with a rounder face and an unfriendly expression that characterized her. She was strong, much stronger than me. "It's an important evening, I hope you won't ruin it, Moon." She reproached me in an annoyed tone. I shrugged and nodded my head. I didn't like disobeying at all. She squeezed my hand tightly to show me that I had no choice but to behave. My parents would be there, the other guests were really important. An Alpha was coming, a very powerful one. My sister wanted to be ready for him. They all dreamed of being with an Alpha. "I promise I won't do anything stupid. I know what I have to do, hide near the wall so no one will notice me." I started to say, afraid that my words would not be enough to convince him. "It's okay, you know everyone is disgusted by your weakness. Everyone knows I'll be the stronger she-wolf. You're just a wimp." Her words hurt me. "You're uglier than me, weaker, no one will want you, and you'll only get in the way if you draw attention to yourself." I nodded again and looked at the floor. She always said that, told me over and over again that I was the uglier sister, that everyone said that. My shyness meant that I couldn't talk to others enough to ask them. But I trusted Dawn, she always told me to protect me. "It's for your sake, I'll spare you the suffering." She promised and shook my hand, this time gently. "Nobody loves weak wolves like you." He hugged me. I tried to leave as soon as possible to get everything ready. My mother was always asking me to help in the living room, looking for me to do all the chores before everyone arrived. She said my sister was the strong one and I had to help with something. So I would do the cleaning, I would do the requests of the stronger wolves. She always said that the wolves without strength were lucky to be used for cleaning because they were useless. All my life she had told me that I was a disappointment to her because of my weakness. The evening began early, the night was full of stars. My dress was not provocative, no one would look at me, I would be invisible, as it was best for me. The guests began to arrive. My father escorted me to one of the tables so I could sit down and rest. "Enjoy the night, daughter," he said, smiling. I smiled back at him. I wanted to tell him it was pointless for me, because someone like me didn't belong in a place with important people. I stayed in the dimmest spot, barely able to eat because of my nerves. I watched as my sister, who was radiant, stole everyone's gaze. Everyone admired her bearing, her strength, her character. She was known for being a good hunter, tracker, and fighter. The alpha hadn't arrived yet. If he had come, everyone would have made a fuss. Especially the girls, they were all crazy about his arrival. According to rumors, no one had seen his face except for the members of his pack, since the rest were dead. He was a complete mystery, like a living legend. The music started to play, the dance began, and there were looks of complicity being exchanged. At my little table, in the darkest corner, there were no drinks. My throat was parched with thirst. I stood up to look for something, afraid someone would notice me. I walked as fast as I could to where there was a jug that seemed to have water, because I didn't drink anything else. Dawn said anything else would make me look ridiculous. "You look beautiful, Dawn," I heard compliments about my sister everywhere I went. I tried to cover my face with my hair so I wouldn't be noticed even more. The hair in my eyes drastically hindered my vision. I quickened my pace to return to my dark table. "What the hell are you doing?" a voice asked, grabbing me. Damn it, I had bumped into a stranger. I didn't look up, I tried to be ignored. I wanted to keep walking and then I knocked over the table with the chocolate fountain. My dress was completely stained and from the stranger's growl, he got dirty too. "Oh..." I blurted out, scared, trembling from head to toe. "I didn't mean to." That's when I realized that voice was very masculine, rough, and very striking. Curiosity pushed me to want to see the man's face. When I lifted my head, I was completely bewildered by what my eyes beheld. He was the most handsome man in the world, with curly brown hair, sky-colored eyes, and a perfect jawline. Everything about him was perfect. I stared at him, mesmerized by his imposing presence. "You're going to have it out with me now, kitten, you'll have to clean me up." He grabbed me by the waist and dragged me towards the hall. Apparently no one had seen us because they didn't follow us. The party was loud, crowded, everyone was dancing. There were too many guests to notice my absence... But his would be noticed sooner or later, because now that I saw him fully, I could see it was Alpha Hades himself, who looked like he was straight out of hell. His eyes turned silver when he saw me, he was furious. He held me tightly against him, forcing me to look directly into his eyes. I couldn't stop trembling. "I beg for mercy, please, I didn't do this on purpose..." I started to say, stammering. He buried his nose in my neck, sniffing me nonstop, with an intensity that made my skin crawl completely. Then, he ran his hand down my leg, feeling my skin carefully. He took off his shirt, which was stained, and threw it on the floor. I gazed at his perfect musculature without saying a word. His scent was so delicious, like coffee mixed with hazelnuts. I wanted to get closer, even if it was crazy, even if he wanted to kill me right away. "Tell me your name now," he ordered, his eyes still silver, still angry. He squeezed my waist so I wouldn't stop looking at him. "Moon..." I replied with difficulty, he was so close that his scent drove me completely crazy. "You're dirty, Moon. I don't like it." He looked at me sternly. He gestured with his head, giving me a direct order. I knew what he meant and I blushed completely. Who was I to refuse what an Alpha ordered me to do? I was so scared I could scream right now. But if I did, my sister would realize I messed everything up. Just like she told me she would.
