Chapter 3

Kai truly had no experience at all. He did not even know how to kiss properly. Like a needy little puppy, he simply nibbled clumsily around Edward’s lips, awkward yet unbearably adorable.

Edward was normally an extremely disciplined man. Reserved and cautious by nature, he would never do something as reckless as making out inside an elevator.

But faced with Kai’s overwhelming enthusiasm, his defenses completely crumbled.

Just like that, one arm wrapped around the young man’s slender waist while the other held the back of his neck firmly in place as Edward patiently taught him what a real kiss was supposed to feel like.

Kai’s eyes fluttered half-shut as Edward sucked softly on his lips, his tongue drawn helplessly into the man’s mouth. Under the effects of the drug, every one of his senses had become sharper than ever before.

Kai no longer cared about their surroundings at all. His entire body clung tightly to Edward, even his lower body unconsciously rubbing against him again and again.

He shrugged off his suit jacket, loosened his tie, then moved to undo his cufflinks and shirt buttons. Before he could finish, Kai had already sat up on the bed and pounced on him like a starving wolf.

“That’s not how it’s done.” Edward’s eyes darkened faintly. “Let me teach you.”

The moment he finished speaking, he rose to his feet and carried Kai straight into the bathroom.

Soon, the soft sound of running water echoed through the bathroom.

Warm streams cascaded over their bodies, washing away sweat and dust alike until only the most primal scent remained upon their skin, the scent of male hormones, of desire, of raw longing.
